I could not be more satisfied with Rock City Roofing! I dealt with Daniel through this process. He came out and inspected our roof. The same day he directed me towards who I should contact and how to do that. He stayed there with me and walked me through that entire process all in the same day. After working out the details, we began. Picked out shingles, ordered and arrived in about 1 1/2 weeks. Took them just barely over a day and it looks great. I felt very safe through this process. Daniel went above and beyond with giving me samples and visuals to understand exactly what I was getting into

From the moment Daniel stepped in our yard he was respectful, patient, and very kind! He got on our roof inspected it, provided us with pictures and told us as much information as we questioned him with! He was very quick to respond and stay in touch with us throughout the whole process. His team was on it! We had company coming from out of town and the guyes knocked it out! Very professional! Couldn't ask for a better team!

I had the best experience with Rock City Roofing. I had hail damage and Daniel came out and performed an inspection. He then was present when the independent adjustor came out and showed him all the spots he had found during his inspection. He assisted with the entire insurance claim process and made the situation a lot smoother. The roofing crew was amazing and some of the hardest working guys I've ever seen. The showed up early and worked until dark. The new roof looks amazing and I would highly recommend them for any roofing needs you may have.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Will inspected my property to check out a roof leak. I immediately noticed his attention to detail and his willingness to walk me through my options. He offered a detailed explanation (with pictures) as to why my problem occurred and more importantly, the most cost effective solution to fix my roof. What I also noticed was his honesty, reliability, and fairness throughout the process while other companies tried to offer a quick fix so they can move on with their day.

RockCity Roofing is over the top professional and incredibly thorough. They leveraged code upgrade coverages to add multiple necessary items to my home at no additional cost to me; even items that are not normally covered by insurance were approved. I am thankful to have the maximum wind warranty and lifetime warranty shingles on my home. I couldn't have asked for a better service. I would use them again.
