I had an upstairs toilet leaking last week down into the kitchen ceiling - suspected that it was coming from beneath the toilet. Spoke to Justin, he asked me a few questions and then sent Ryan over the day after. Very thorough, very efficient - Ryan not only fixed the wax seal, but also put in a new hose that connected the toilet fill valve to the inlet. He then proceeded to clean up everything and sealed it. Excellent work at a nominal price.

We had a leak bubbling up in our backyard. Contacted Justin and ask him to come out to give us an estimate. Although he couldn't come out immediately, he still communicated through text and ask me to check my irrigation system....viola! Problem fixed! Greatly appreciate that he spent the time to troubleshoot issue for me! Highly recommend and will use for future plumbing issues. Awesome customer service!

Justin And Justin-in-time Plumbing have exceptional service. I own a home in Redwood City and have used them a couple times. They show up on time and do a clean work. I've seen them use a level for every section of pipe to make sure it is straight and plumb. Its art just to go and cover it up! It's nice to see a contractor take that much pride in his and his crews work. I mean how often do you look inside the sheet rock / walls? If you do, I know you will get what I get every time. 100% customer satisfaction.

We had Justin install three earthquake shut-off valves for three homes in our community. Although the job was done properly, we didn't like his handling of a simple problem we had with one of the valves. Instead of trying to fix the issue which could be resolved either over the phone by him giving basic instructions to the homeowner or simply stop by and reset the valve, he tried to put the blame on the valve and/or others. If you're looking for professional plumber that keeps supporting the homeowners after the work and shows respect, look somewhere else.

Called to schedule an appointment to unclog bathroom sink drain. Spoke with Justin wo set an appointment to come out. Ryan was assigned to the job and I received a text from Justin saying that Ryan had finished previous job early and would be able to show up sooner. I enthusiastically agreed. Ryan came well prepared with all needed equipment and was able to snake out the drain within a half hour. Price was reasonable and I received a copy of invoice via email.
Very pleased with the professionalism and courtesy. I will be calling Just In Time for all my plumbing needs from now on.

Wonderful service, showed up on time, masked and ready to work. Fixed my commode professionally. I had allowed, against my intuition, a pseudo-plumber work on it. Grrrrr. I found my toilet leaking again... I was concerned two years ago that their plumber cut corners and did not replace the seal and used the only used the existing wax for a seal. The job had been completed in 1/2 hour where other plumbers I had used typically took one hour. I received a call from I guess the owner at the time and he was angry about my post (see his responding post) I changed my post at the time giving them the benefit of the doubt. Now I am am not convinced. Using the existing wax is only a short term fix. I would not use their services again and am very hesitant to interact

Ryan and Justin did a wonderful job for us.
The recirculating pump for our tankless water heater had failed, and we were waiting almost 2 minutes just for a hot shower. I contacted Justin on a Sunday afternoon, and Ryan came right out on Monday morning with the right part and got us back in business! Now, our hot water comes on almost instantaneously.
Just-In-Time Plumbing communicated with us very well, were very professional, and did a great job! Our experience couldn't have been any better!

Just had a second wonderful appointment with Justin from Just In Time Plumbing. About a year ago, they put in a water heater for me, and it works perfectly. More recently, my main line got blocked, and they did an amazing job on it. They had to get under the house to unclog from several locations, and they showed me under my house what was going on. Took out a section of pipe that should have been strapped that wasn't, that had rock hard calcium from the hard water, that was 90% blocked. Replaced the pipe, replaced rotted wood, and properly strapped. They can explain better than I can

Years ago I called Just-In-Time Plumbing because there was a clog in a pipe and I couldn't use my washer. I was surprised and happy when Justin and his colleague came so fast and fixed said pipe. Today I called because my button for the food waste disposer didn't work. Since it turned out to be a minor problem, Justin gave me some instructions over the phone which worked out great. I called Justin this morning for a steam shower repair. He answered his phone (what!?) and got back to me quickly. He arranged for someone to come by that same morning, and aside from reeking of cigarettes, the person who came by was professional and helpful. They weren't able to finish the work because I think there's an issue with the control card of the unit, but they did all they could, their rates are reasonable, and I will definitely call them again.

Once again Justin came on time and called ahead as usual with confirmation of his appointment. We had just had him install a new heater in my wife's art studio and after he left yesterday, she noticed a 'gas' odor in her studio....I called him and he was out here the next day, and fixed a bad gas pipe and its working great...and it was under his warranty, so no charge! Great service, on time and on budget! We have used a lot of plumbers throughout the past 15 years and I'm glad that we came across him and I would recommend him without hesitation.

Once again Justin and his crew did a fantastic job after my kitchen sink backed up on Thanksgiving. I have been using this company for many years and have never had a bad experience. From replacing a water heater, installing new faucets and new sinks, to shower issues, Just in Time Plumbing does a great job and stands behind their work.

Justin was referred to me by a Pool Equipment installer. I needed a larger gas meter installed and a small amount of work done on a outside faucet. He came out and did the initial gas test and measurements and had agreed to submit the permit to the city with the information. He never submitted the permit before getting busy with other projects. I had to continually followup to get any response, in which he tried to convince me to make the permit submission myself; the whole reason i'd hired him. Additionally the small amount of work outside took much longer then expected, and ended up having
