One Stop 4 Flooring

The two people who laid the carpet did a fair job, but took shortcuts.

For example, one person cut the carpet too short on the stairwell, and filled it with a small strip of carpet. (see photo)

Another example is as follows: instead of replacing the old carpet tack strip, they stapled the carpet to the old carpet tack strip. (See photo)

Also, The person upstairs did a terrible job of putting the carpets together. (See photo).

A little higher than Lowes and home Depot however different selections

Their customer service and sales representative is extremely unresponsive. While the teams that did the actual work were wonderful, I was extremely disappointed in the One Stop 4 Flooring staff, including the Manager who made excuses for his staff's behavior. I will not use them in the future and will discourage friends and family from using them as well.

Have bought carpet here twice, both times we have felt that we had all the answers to our questions that was going to work out the best for us. We had mentioned a Berber for certain reasons in an area, they recommended another that would work better for us that was less expensive. It was exactly what we needed and so glad that they gave us their experienced opinion and we did not end up with the wrong style of carpet.

Saturday July 10 at 4:05pm we went to check the place to purchase flooring there was one old man who needed to go he had a long day and it's too hot he won't even let us in we drove all the way from Henderson. Ridiculous, place they don't want out business. There hours 9am to 6 pm

Came here for some Linoleum to fix afew squares I damage moving my refrigerator. I talked to the guy working here because the Limoleum came from here and I didn't know the color and the guy told me he would have someone lol it up and give me a call and one week later I still haven't heard from them. Looks like I'm off to go through my receipts and look for the receipt or call the builders to see if they know the exact color for as many time as they came out to re repair the floor they should have my address on file. I don't recommend this place at all a simple phone call is

Pleasantly surprised by the experience made so by a sales associate who was able to find just what I was looking for within 10 minutes of arrival and the sakes associate discounted the price without negotiation. My purchase was immediately loaded into my vehicle ...all told the experience took maybe 20 minutes. I will would recommend 1 stop 4 flooring.

Terry Perelman was our salesman and he was was professional and knowledgeable. He took his time and explained all the details with us. He was friendly and courteous. Would keep doing business with him, we highly recommend him.

These guys are absolutely amazing! We were searching everywhere for some really hard to find flooring to replace a corner of a damaged room that we were repairing. We were having a really hard time finding this product. A lot of the places that we were calling couldn't get it. When we called this place they said that they could find that stuff no problem and they did! We were so happy that they located it. When we arrived to pay for the flooring to order it I walked in and couldn't believe the size of this place! It's absolutely huge and they have almost any kind of flooring you need Tile, Hardwood

Just wanted to say Thank you so much Jennifer for being so kind, patience with me and helpful. This is mine and my husbands first time getting a house built and getting to pick flooring and stuff...so I've been pretty indecisive and can not stick to the first thing I pick,so I came in for the second time to pick what I really wanted lol and Jennifer was so understanding. So thank you for a great first time experience! I can't wait to get all our flooring installed, super excited so happy with the flooring and carpet I chose.

We had new floorings installed throughout the house. The job was incomplete and payment was paid in full on November 7, 2020. Terry promised to have the spacer installed on the closet door that day (currently swinging back and forth). He also said he would fix the boarders in the kitchen to match the cherry wood cabinets (the boarders and color options were never discussed). I called on Saturday, November 14th and Monday, November 15th and he said someone would be calling the following day. No call has been received. Terry has made promises that he has not fulfilled without any call backs.

Terrible customer service. The sales team and the management team do not return multiple phone calls. We had a box of damaged tile on delivery and were told the replacement box would be available in 2 days. After waiting 2 WEEKS and leaving multiple messages, we finally get a return phone call and we're given a ridiculous excuse that no one is available to 'pick up the tile and bring it to the store.' Have nothing but great things to say about this business since they back up their products. Had ripples in my carpet and when I called them they scheduled someone to come out. Rich the guy who came out was professional, on time and did a great job stretching out my carpets and all at no cost so I definitely recommend any company willing to stand by their work and do right by their customers

Loved that they showed up in masks...This father and son dual were awesome, they were very professional, very patient and did a job better than expected. I must say they work very well together, I would recommend these two for any carpeted issue. Thank you for your excellent service.

I've been in this store a couple of times, but today, I had the best customer service experience EVER! James was definitely the most helpful person I've dealt in the whole place. I truly felt he went above and beyond.

We had wonderful customer service from our salesman, Robert. My husband and I had just purchased a home and when we did our final walk through, the carpets weren’t in such great shape after the previous owners furniture was out. We were in a time crunch as we were moving in in just a few days, but didn’t want to have to do the carpet after we’d moved furniture in already.
The carpet we chose wasn’t in stock and wouldn’t be able to arrive before we moved in, so Robert helped us choose a carpet that would be shipped and able to be installed before our move in date. The whole process was

I will never give this horribly run business another penny of my money ever again. The owner is sloppy and inconsiderate towards his customers. Once they take a down payment from a customer for a carpet, they will neglect that customer and force them to conform to their timeline for installation. A very poorly organized business. Stay away from them!

Believe the reviews! The flooring prices may be good, but the customer service is deplorable. Luckily we never got to the point where we lost any money but we did loose time which was just as valuable to us. Gary, the salesman we dealt with, will tell you whatever he thinks you want to hear and will fabricate stories about appointments and not return calls.

This flooring company does the worst carpet installation. Within a few months, the carpet needs stretch already. Called back to schedule, initial appointment was on Friday, a Mexican worker showed up and said the boss is not paying enough to do all the job so he left. Played phone tag games trying to have them come out, finally rescheduled for Saturday again, no one showed up again, of course. Called the company again and the boss didn’t want to deal with the situation and said they will send someone out on Monday morning. Here goes again on Monday, no show again and phone tag games again. They said it would take one day to complete the job. They send 2 men that were struggling and went from room to room, everything is in shambles. It would have made sense to complete a floor but they didn't do that. When we called to complain they said "what do you expect it's a big job". How about you stick to what you told us and send 2 people who are fit to do the job.

Great prices and that us all that is positive. Salesmen was late 30 minutes getting to our house,never called and I had to call him. We picked out carpet and was told carpet would be here in a week, it took two weeks. Never was called to confirm agreed installation date, had to call them. The carpet was pieced together and the seam showed in both rooms where this was done, sent "best" installer to check carpet,he said it was not right and must be fixed. They said they would be out on Saturday at 7 am to fix carpet, did not show up at 7am. Call a call at 8am saying they would not be

My two story home had a leak that ruined the upstairs bedroom carpet as well as the downstairs living room floors. My carpet was saturated and smelled of mildew. I went to One Stop to choose new replacement flooring. I was impressed by the wide assortment of flooring products they offer. I went with a neutral colored carpet similar to the color I previously had. I really appreciate the helpful staff in getting my home back to working order. From the sales staff to the installation crew, everything went as planned. I highly recommend this store to anyone to take care of there flooring needs.

We looked for weeks for a waterproof laminate we liked and they had the largest showroom of product. Took home several samples to make a decision.
The salesman came out and measured gave us a written estimate right there. Of 3 we had they were least expensive so we went with them.
Product ordered and install date set no issues at all. 2 installers showed up on time and did a great job over 2 days getting it done. We were pleased with them and how they managed to clean up fairly well after the job.
The reason for 4 Stars was there was no follow up during or after install. I would have expected

Overall, I love my new floors. But 3 stars and here is why:

Came in 10/3. Rob was the name of the salesman that greeted me, showed me a variety of options. He was very polite and informative. Picked out a sample to take home.
They do offer a free quote so Rob came to the house to do some measurements the next day and he estimated that the total would be around $3700 with floor prep, materials and installment.

10/9 I went back to the store to sign documents and finalize plans. They also offer financing with Wells Fargo (which is what I did.) I was able to ask a few questions towards the installment
