Outstanding Service! Friendly and professional. This is the second time I have used them. The first time was to replace a large section of drain pipe which was leaking. This time was to repair a leaking expansion tank value and bleed the air out of my heating system. Both jobs completed professionally, in a timely manner, and at a reasonable price. I will use them for all of my plumbing needs for as long as I own this house.

I am writing a review of my opinion of BEC due to how they treated my good friend who looked to them for help.
She assured the man who visited to look at what she needed done that she was not demanding that they do this work right away. He said, and she understood, that they were in the process of other job that must be completed first.
She was looking to have a small bathroom added to her basement as she was having the downstairs turned into a separate apartment. The man explained that a shower or tub was not doable due to regulations in MA. Thats fine. Can work with a sink and toilet which

I had a sudden leak in the hot water supply line to my washer overnight that i noticed 1st thing in the morning ,i called the office they weren't open yet they referred me to Chris on his emergency # they were at my house within a hour I also wanted to thank Nick for a job well done.
