We have worked with Pioneer Valley several times over the last couple of years, and we have had a great experience every time. From annual boiler cleanings, to installing a backflow preventer for an irrigation system, to a full install of a new heating system and water heater, everyone at PVE has been fantastic to work with. That includes the knowledgeable technicians, the courteous and friendly people in the office doing the scheduling, and the folks in the estimates department. I could not be happier with the services provided by Pioneer Valley Environmental to install a new tub/shower combination in my home. They were easy to work with. The combination of F.W. Webb to select the products along with Pioneer Valley to do the installation was successful. It looks fantastic! Highly recommended

The prices are a little high. Example: $3.99 lb for tomatoes. $1.59 lb for cut watermelon. That's very high. Stop and shop is .99 a lb. The way to approach the registers is terrible. You travel through floral. Today two shoppers were looking at flowers and you couldn't get by. There has to be a better way.

PVE took over my bathroom remodel after acquiring Whittier Plumbing. The office was very responsive and sent the same guys (Justin and Paul) who did the rough for the finish. Their attention to detail and quality of workmanship was commendable. I will use PVE for all my plumbing and HVAC in the future.

PVE replaced corroded cast-iron stacks and drainpipes with PEX, replaced exposed copper pipe with PEX, and installed a whole-house sediment filter and a utility sink and pump in the basement. It was a big job involving all the pipes in the basement ceiling and pipes running up our den wall and through our den ceiling to the shower, toilet, and sink in the bathroom above the den. The plumbers were professional, friendly, on-time, and clean. I highly recommend them and will use them again if needed.

PVE has been extremely accommodating and efficient in making our HVAC run smoothly. They go to a great effort to test and diagnose, so as to not replace equipment needlessly. Meanwhile they show up usually the same day or have done so for me when the heat was down; and I really appreciate that very much.

This is a fantastic company. We first came across them to install a dishwasher and to replace a leaking toilet and some pipes. The plumber, Adam, set up not only the plumbing but also the electricity and carpentry work with two different folks. He responded quickly to texts or phone calls and was phenomenally organized about everything. It was as though we had an excellent contractor.

Pioneer Valley is a great company. I had a leak in my dishwasher. First, I called a different company, who shall not be named. They didn't want to do the work until the floor underneath the washer was cleaned. They gave me the name of big environmental company who wanted $10,000 to clean under there. Yes, that's ten thousand dollars. They were talking about ripping out cabinets, floor, outside wall. I told them to take a hike.
