Emailed the company to let them know that one of their company Van's was parked in a handicap parking space and there was no reason for it, because the driver did not have a Handicap placard or plate And there were plenty of other empty parking spaces that the driver could have used. I did get a email back from the Parkinson office and happy to say I have seen that same van with the same two guys (van #9). And to their credit they haven't parked in a handicap parking space since, thank you for talking to your drivers. I appreciate the quick response.

A super nice bunch of people run it. You can tell they are skilled by the jobs they do and get repeatedly. They are good people who see good in the ones that think they ain't got good left in them.

We contacted a few different local painting companies to have our cedar house stained, and we met with who I believe was the owner of Parkinson's painting. He was very nice and personable, and we decided to go with their company because the person we met with seemed very nice and the price was reasonable. We had a few other places coming out to give us quotes but we canceled them once we assured that they would be taken care of by Parkinson's painting. After we agreed, it was a little hard to get a hold of anyone. We're trying to get a sample stain,it took us about 2 weeks to get ahold of someone

I hired Parkinson Painting to paint the exterior of my house in the summer of 2017, there were no issues whatsoever. Fast forward to less than a year later the paint was peeling off my front door plus the caulking on one side of my house had contracted as well. I emailed pictures to Tommy Jr. who lives less than 10 minutes away asking him to come out to look at the issues. Well several back and forth emails asking when he would be available to stop by with I forgot and no response the issues have never been addressed. I would never recommend this company to anyone, very disappointed.

Do not use this company it is the absolute worst customer service I've ever received in my life they forgot portions of my house to paint and they left cable wires hanging everywhere and refused to come out and fix the problems after five times of me calling. And a little girl in the office is the rudest person I've ever met in my life she just keeps telling me, is on vacation and he'll get to me next week problem still not fixed almost 6 months later.

Spring 2016 job doing three interior rooms on a rental house. This painter came recommended by a good friend and contractor. They must do something right some of the time for someone we highly respect to refer them. Two of our rooms were to be painted a light color over a dark. What I thought would be standard procedure to prime did not happen. Then Tom proceeded to tell me it would not have helped and offered no solution, discount - just fiercely defending the decision not to prime. Needless to say the tenant that picked the color decided to prime and paint it the same color and it turned out

Last summer (2015,) we contacted Tom,Jr. at Parkinson Paint, and scheduled our home to be painted. My husband had used this company before and had been very pleased with their work. We received a bid for close to 9000.00, so this was not a small job. We were so excited to have the house painted. On three separate occasions, Tom and his crew no showed for the painting. Two times Tom, Jr. called to reschedule; the last time he didn't even call us to let us know they were not coming to paint. We missed work, we had moved everything and were repeatedly disappointed. I had NEVER experienced
