Based on the reviews here I had high hopes but while Kevin was confidence inspiring on the phone he did not show up to offer a bid to paint the exterior of my home. I waited through his requested FOUR HOUR window. It's hard to get contractors so I called to check on him and he did not even have the courtesy to respond.

Over the past 10 years Puget Sound Commercial has worked with Progressive Painting on numerous occasions. Progressive has painted interior and exterior of buildings that we manage and/or have been involved in the construction. Progressive has been on time and on budget with every job. They also were able to quickly pivot when an emergency caused a delay or adjusted their schedule as required.

Kevin and his co-workers arrived on time and went to work. They painted the 1300 square foot Condo with 2 coats of paint. The Condo had not been painted in 34 years. They finished the job in one week and two days and cleaned up - taking all the "garbage" with them. I was impressed with the job and their professionalism.

My wife and I have Progressive Painting for two of our homes for interior work as well as pressure washing the exterior and our driveway and sidewalks. His knowledge of what it takes to paint a house correctly is what separates him from other contractors. We have just moved into our third home, and have already talked with him about the design and color coordinates. As always we'll use him! He's truly a professional!

As a Realtor that has many clients needing to do some prelisting cleanup, this is my go to painter. They do a fantastic job and add thousands to the final offers on our price. We also use them for our personal needs.
In the past, we had used painters that either didn’t show up or did horrible jobs that required a 2nd visit.

Amazing work! Kevin was responsive, honest and cared about the work before, during and after the project. We asked for a lot. Our house, built in 1979, had several owners and thus many poor paintings, some ok paintings and lots of different types of molding, trim and work done over the years. We asked for the holes from many outlets to be filled and stains covered. Our house now looks fantastic. The trim is all one color, our ceiling is now white again and our rooms are bright with beautiful color. Working with Kevin was so easy. He went through the house with us and made sure they knew

Wow, Progressive Painting just exceeded ALL of my expectations!!
Over a year ago, I emailed several contractors for a quote to re-stain our fence (my dear husband had basically ruined it - not the handiest of guys...) Kevin came over the day I sent the email and advised me to wait another year. Not knowing whether I would choose his business a year later, he still gave me his honest and professional opinion to wait another rainy season before tackling this project (something to do with the length of time the stain was on the fence, not sure, but anyway...) He won my business then and there

Kevin and his crew did a nice job and were easy to communicate with and very quick. We were on a short timeline and they got the job done no problem. The price was fair for quality work.
Our experience was a little different than the prior reviewer, though, as our paint job wasn't perfect. There are drips in a sink, on a couple of air conditioning vents, and on lots of trim (they updated interior walls for us but not trim). Perhaps this is inevitable or impossible to avoid, but I had hoped we'd have super clean lines for a $3K+ job. Still, Kevin's a really nice guy and I

Kevin the Owner is not only a great painter & general contractor but a hell of a good guy. We met him because he was one of my wife's clients. I have never been happier she traded massage for his services.
He does an A++ job all the way down to the spotless cleanup. He helped us not only with painting but with equipment purchases & set up as he is also a general.
To top it off we have referred him to our other clients & he has only made us look good. I'm shocked to not see him listed here as he has 12 5-star reviews on yellow pages.
