I've hired Seatac Painting on multiple occasions, both inside and exterior, and I've also referred them to others, and they have never let me or my other friends down. I really thought this was the company to go with with all the great reviews. The owner came to give the estimate and he seemed knowledgeable and friendly enough. He sent a estimate that had a final price at the bottom. I agreed and the work began after a few week wait period we agreed upon. 1st guy was the pressure washer. Now I understand in order to pressure wash some water can get in places like the garage door and around openings so when I pressure wash my home I am careful. We found Ollie and Seatac Painting through our Real Estate agent. They did a great job painting the interior of our townhouse. Their prep work was careful. It was a three color job plus restoration work on wooden doors. This month, they won the bid to paint the entire six unit townhouse complex- exterior. Again their prep work was extremely well done. Recently bought a condo and needed an interior repaint (previous owner did the goofy different-color-on-every-wall scheme). SeaTac arrived for the estimate punctually (actually early...gasp!), gave me what I thought was a reasonable estimate for three beds/2.5 baths/kitchen. The crew showed up on time, did a great job, cleaned up after. They even did a minor drywall repair and triple-coated where necessary to achieve good coverage on different wall colors. Me so happy!

I could not have been happier and more impressed with Yuriy and Sea Tac painting. I needed my house painted to pass an inspection on a closing. I contacted Yuriy and he went the same day to inspect the house. He gave me a quote the next day and was at the house 2 days later to do the job.
