When you own one of our Preventive Maintenance Agreements we'll visit you twice a year, once in the spring and once in the fall to do a complete Precision Tune-Up and Professional Cleaning of your heating and cooling system. Should you need repairs during the year we'll give you a 10% discount on repairs.
Determining the proper size heating and cooling equipment for your home is of the utmost importance and should be done only by a qualified heating and cooling contractor. They took out the existing 140,000 BTU furnace and 2 1/2 air conditioner which kept the house remarkably comfortable and replaced it with a 80,000 BTU furnace and a 3 ton air conditioner. In the winter time we have to run space heaters to keep the back bedrooms warm. In the summer time the air would run only a few minutes and the house would be humid and uncomfortable, they came out several times and shut off a vent in the living room, slowed down the blower motor and set the thermostat to wait an extra degree before running; all in an effort to compensate for the 3 ton air conditioner which is

Mark & John did a great job. I used Comfort Specialist because they were able to keep my 32 year old HVAC Trane system running in the past. They always worked quickly & got the job done in a timely manner & it wasn't too costly. Which is why I chose Comfort Specialist. Putting in a new HVAC SYSTEM IS NEVER CHEAP, but there pricing was competitive with the competition. I am very happy with the results.

This company goes above and beyond with service. We have utilized their services for over 20 years. They always wear covers on their shoes when entering the home, wear masks during this pandemic, and leave home clean after servicing furnace.
