My air conditioner went out on a weekend in June. I called Fritch. Robert was out to look at it in no time. It was decided that it needed replaced. Robert answered all my questions and he was able to install my new system! I am very pleased with my new system and The service team! Called Friday and made an appointment for Monday they said between noon and 3. The tech showed up around 12:30. Within 20 minutes he diagnosed the problem and fixed it. It came to 100 dollars after everything. Would definitely recommend and definitely use them for any problem in the future. Quality service all around.

AC went out on Sunday. Tech sent on Tuesday from another company courtesy of my home warranty…. said it would be at least three weeks before a new unit could be installed AND I would most likely still have to pay roughly $3K WITH MY WARRANTY!!! Called Fritch on Wednesday and a sales rep came on Thursday…. Today (Friday) I HAVE A NEW AC!!!!!!!!!!… FRITCH went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure my family didn’t suffer without AC for longer than necessary! I was SHOCKED to see a new unit when I got home from work! My house is coming down to a bearable temperature!!! WAY TO GO

Nice folks, great service. The technicians are always very complementary of our giant steam boiler, and they have taught me the basics of maintaining it. There was a small billing mix up on a recent radiator installation, and they were super responsive in correcting the issue and making sure the billing reflected the work. I highly recommend.

We lost our furnace (Bryant 90 plus secondary heat exchanger) on a Thursday night. I called Fritch (based on reviews) at 7:15 am the next day. Joseph came out by 9:30 to give a quote on replacing everything. His assessment was honest and did he did not try to up-sell us on anything. The techs were friendly and did an excellent job with the installation and clean up. Everything was explained upon completion. The gentlemen that dropped off the new furnace took extra care not to damage anything taking the supplies down to the basement. Overall an excellent experience!

I worked in the Ameren Energy Efficiency Program for almost 10 years, with 5 of those years spent performing Residential Inspections for customers. I inspected over 2500 HVAC systems during that time and I can tell you that no company in this area keeps their customer's equipment maintained and running longer than Fritch. I would see service record… tags on the units going back to the early 80's showing every call. Their customers loved them and they did not have the history of replacing systems that didn't need to be replaced like some of the other local HVAC companies do. I highly recommend

When it was time to replace the old AC, I had 2 companies come by to give me estimates. Fritch was neither of them as I thought they would be too expensive. One guy gave me an astronomical quote and the other didn't show when he said he would, instead sliding a "quote" illegibly scribbled on the back of an envelope under my door.
