We recently used Forsyth Floors to install luxury vinyl plank floors throughout our new home. First of all, it was a pleasure to work with Mike, the owner. He was most helpful in the selection of the flooring product. He did not try to up-sell us with a more expensive floor, but listened to our needs and directed us to a great floor. He was able to get the material quickly and install it within a reasonably fast time frame.
Our installation team of Jerry and Jean did an absolutely fabulous job of installing the floor. They had to remove an old floor which took quite a bit of time and patience

Had an outstanding experience with Forsyth. Our dog chewed up a transition piece within our kitchen, and I went to Forsyth looking for a replacement. They don't normally sell them, but they were able to create custom pieces (even matching the old stain to match the rest of the floors) reasonably quickly for a great price. Would absolutely go back to them any time I have a flooring need moving forward.

I am a very satisfied customer of Forsyth Floors. I needed to replace my entire upstairs and stairs (downstairs was all wood flooring). Mike Svoboda, who runs the shop, helped me hone in on the right choice from a mind-boggling number and type of carpets. His installers were professional, competent, careful and kind – a great combination for excellent customer service. The price was right and I am very, very happy with the new look.

We recently had luxury vinyl tile installed in our house by Forsyth Floors.
The installer was very professional and did an excellent job. We had several other estimates that were a bit less money, but decided to go with Forsyth because they had been highly recommended by friends. We also liked working with the owner because he knows so much about the different flooring products, the install and the maintenance. This business has been around for years, so we know if we ever have any issues, they'll be there for us.

Our family has used Forsyth Floors multiple times. They have a great selection of flooring and competitive prices. The best part is the installation. The same people have worked for Forsyth for years so you know who is coming into your home. They are amazing craftsmen who arrive when they say they are going to. Highly recommend!!!

Dealing with a rude employees can turn a whole day into a nightmare. The employee was rude assumption I was selling a product, and before I can speak that we are interested in purchasing, the front desk hung up on me (the customers) and said Mike was not interested (who is Mike?) . . It can damage your firm's reputation, ultimately, this can lead to a loss of sales or a fall in productivity.

This is an excellent company with superior service. We had flooring installed in two rooms of the home we purchased. Michael took all the time we needed to make the right decision for our home and our needs. The estimate we got at the outset was very close to our final cost (it came in a bit under) and we knew what to expect at every step. We have read dozens of horror stories about having flooring work done from all kinds of different places - don't bother even considering going somewhere else. Forsyth has everything you need and will take great care to finish your job punctually and with integrity

This is my first time to buy and have floors installed by Forsyth. I have 2 close friends that have used them for years. I wish I knew about this place 20 years ago. Mike and team are the greatest. Best services, great products, amazing pricing and top customer services. They treat you like they care and like it's their own floors in their home. No better place to buy new floors from. I love buying local but love more knowing I'm getting a great deal and great services. Forsyth is the best!

We have been using Forsyth Floors since the 1970s and they have been in business a lot longer than that. Mike Svoboda has taken over from his father for some time now and they still are the best in the business. They carry quality products from the best manufacturers, but the biggest difference is the quality of their installation work. They just completed some more hardwood installation at our house and again the work was superb. I recommend Forsyth to friends all the time. I'm such stickler for quality and a pain in the butt, most believe that if they can please me, they can please

I heard about Forsyth from several coworkers who had used these guys in their homes. It is a family owned small business (my favorite kind!) and they were so nice when I went to check out their showroom.
Before going to them, I checked out Lowe's and Home Depot. I was very interested in that porcelain tile that looks like wood, and both of those places did not have a large selection. Also, both places charged $35 to give estimates, which I paid just so I could get a comparison. Forsyth gave me an estimate for free, and they had literally hundreds of different options for that porcelain
