We recently went through the process of getting a bid for a full remodel of our home from Magnolia and were very impressed with their professionalism and kindness. The owner (Joey) treats you like family and really goes out of his way to ensure your project is given the attention it deserves. In the summer of 2021 we reached out to Magnolia to get a quote for a basement renovation for a new build home. We were promptly contacted with a call from the owner to start moving the process along. Not long after magnolia visited our house to get an idea of what we envisioned for our basement and provided guidance on ideas. We asked Magnolia construction to come by our house and provide us with options for a renovation of our 80-year-old home. Joey spent over an hour with us going over options and ballpark pricing. In summer of 2020, during a pandemic lull, with a potty training 3 year-old and an 8 month-old, we realized that our lives would be made much easier if we had a powder room on the main level. Before hiring Magnolia, we were at wits end- dealing with tradespersons who overpromised and underdelivered. Jobs were left unfinished, and, in some cases, needed to be ripped out and restarted.
Joey, Claudio, and the Magnolia team put an end to the anxiety and uncertainty by arriving on time, performing according to agreed-upon specifications, and meeting budget expectations.

We hired Joey and his team at Magnolia to transform a small unused bedroom into a bathroom. They gave us the bathroom of our dreams. We were nervous about this project since we have an old century home and space is limited. However, Magnolia took care of everything and only sent us the most experienced professionals to do the job properly. Magnolia Construction was the only local company willing to take on our humble project with a tight budget. Most places were turning us away because they wanted the project to be $15,000+. Joey was very good at knowing what I wanted. In the end, Magnolia replaced the flooring, toilet, tub, tile and vanity (among a few other things).
We were very impressed with Kyle, Danny and Mike. They were professional, considerate and skilled. I’d be happy to work with them again any day. Loving our new Bathroom!

It’s a long review, but if you’re like me when researching a company to renovate your home, the details really matter.
We converted a 3 bedroom single family home in Beaverbrook into our 5 bedroom, forever dream home. The renovation would require a complete basement renovation that would include building a theatre room, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and heated floor, a guest bedroom, an office that would be used every day, and installing 2 egress windows. We also updated the kitchen, replaced all the lighting in the house, painted all 3 levels of the house
