I would give them a 10 if I could. They are very professional, prompt and clean. They make sure that they clean up everyday and arrive and complete the job in the quoted time. Super polite and do a fantastic job. I would highly recommend them for any flooring needs you have. I cant say enough about the great workers.

The installers walked in, complained about how they thought the house was vacant. Told us we should've moved out and left. They were supposed to be doing prep work for new flooring (That was one of the expenses).
The didn't glue down many spots for the vinyl, including behind the fridge. When they pushed the fridge back, it ripped a hole (They didn't tell us of course). So many screw ups and poor quality people. They didn't admit to anything wrong or broken or "mistakenly taken" until we made a big deal about it.
Some may have had good experiences. We're not one of them.

This is truly the zenith of customer service. From the time we walked into the store to the completion of our requested needs. Baseboard, and kitchen flooring installation was perfectly. They will work with your needs on
date and time requirements. We were referred to them by others, and so happy we were. Sid is very accomodating as well as his staff. They moved all the furniture out of the way without an extra charge. Just fine people.

Stopped by at the store to look for carpet. Nice looking store, prices higher then in others in town I visited. Asked sales person prices are negotiable - everything is negotiable he said and was willing to give 15% discount. We have stairways, he said $20 per step (average cost is $15), so lets do a cost, I asked for a break down, not a lump sum. No one charges tax on material if they install it. These guys do. But when he said "...and we charge administrative fee for doing business with us", I got up and left, did not even want to hear of the fee....Ridiculous...
