We have installed almost all kind of laminate floors, and most known Hardwood floors, we know exactly what the Installation Instructions means for any kind of laminate and Wood floors in the existing market and we are aware of all the new introductions. Juan is a fantastic job with our floors. We had all our rooms replaced from carpet to lamination and Juan did an impeccable job. Recently he installed the lamination for our garage which looks stunning. We are extremely happy with his work and professionalism. Juan is a real pro and installed 600 sq ft of laminate flooring in 2 1/2 days for us. He removed the existing carpet and even did baseboard work. He was efficient, detailed and very professional. He was also pleasant and an easy contractor to deal with. We are happy to have found him. The floors look amazing.

This review is long overdue. Juan did a fantastic job with our floors. We had all the carpet (living room, stairs, and all upstairs' rooms) replaced with Mohawk Boardwalk Collective Beachwood laminate. Friends and family who have visited our newly remodeled home can't believe that the floors are laminate- they look and feel like hardwood. We ordered materials from OnFlooring (btw great customer service and cheaper compared to stores in the area) delivered directly to our house on two pallets.

Once again, Juan Simg did a fabulous flooring job for me! He had previously installed laminate throughout my mobile home so I knew he was the one to call when it was time to redo my kitchen floor. Juan is meticulous and pays attention to details...he is more of a skilled craftsman than just a flooring guy...the finished kitchen floor looks wonderful! Juan Manual Simg proved himself to be an unreliable contractor. As mentioned in various other reviews, in our preliminary interactions, we found him to be punctual, and a meticulously detailed person. But his temperament evidently got in the way of completing the task.

Got several bids to to replace my carpet with new laminate flooring and finally ended selected Juan's services. He came with me to flooring store and helped get price from the seller. I am so thankful to a friend who recommended Juan. He is extremely professional, thorough and affordable. Instead of expensive lamination flooring, he suggested Costco which had a deal going on similar lamination flooring. We must have saved almost $1,000 on the material. He helped me pick-up and drop off the heavy boxes of planks. The estimate he gave on cost on labor was the lowest when I compared to others and he didn't charge a single penny extra for the extra time he had to put on our stairs. Juan did a great job on installing our new flooring. He provided a very detailed estimate, drawing out each space, and was very knowledgable about the floors we chose. Weeks before installation, he provided us with a list of what we needed to order, and even offered to help pick some of it up. He is very meticulous with his work, and the end result is beautiful. Juan was the greatest. He worked with us, explaining every step in detail. Helped move large furniture, also. We feel he was the most economical way to go as he only charges for instillation. He does help us with selecting what and where to order the materials which we do independently. He was very punctual, did exactly what he said he would do and on time. Juan is a very patient guy and a perfectionist as many other reviewers mentioned. The first time he came in to take measurements for estimates, he sat down patiently for 2 hours and explained us the different types of hardwood and their pros and cons. You never get an impression that he is pushing you in towards a particular supplier which many contractors do to get a cut. You also get a feeling that he really loves what he does.
