We have used William's company twice now and he is excellent. He does a great job and is very knowledgeable on different stains to treat it. He also makes me cleaning solution he gives you free refills on. I cannot believe how AMAZING his cleaner works!!! We use it on any stains from our kids or pets. It works better than anything else we have tried and it doesn't have a strong smell like some do. We just recommended him to a few people and I know they won't be disappointed.

William James of Northwest Steamers did an absolutely wonderful job of cleaning and stretching our carpets! Our aging carpets look new again. I didn't even know they could look like this. He even applied some specialized stain remover in a couple of areas and brought the carpet back to life! I would be remiss to mention that he did all of this at a most reasonable rate, well below what I was expecting. Prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, professional -- and all at a very competitive rate. Sold my home and the buyers requested the carpets cleaned and stretched before they moved in. We had two dogs and Northwest Steamers was able to complete the cleaning/stretching in a timely manner eliminating all dirt and hair. I'm really impressed with the attention to detail and the finished product. Will definitely knows what he is doing and it is very reasonably priced.
