I've been very happy with the three jobs that Phillips Plumbing has done for me. Two of them were considerably less expensive that I had expected, and the workmanship was excellent. Ralph did two of those jobs, and he took time to explain in as much detail as I wanted just what the issues were. He is a true professional: very knowledgeable and personable. I heartily recommend Phillips Plumbing.
