My experience several years ago was pretty bad from the start. Walked in and the team installing my floor were doing it in the wrong direction. I had to fight with Don a pretty nasty actor and the job was not completed on time. All my furniture had to be put into the garage from the movers since the floors were not completed on time. It was a mess. My floor now is cracked all over the place and shows how poorly it was done not the foundation. I'm betting the good reviews are written by friends or even employees themselves. In May of 2014 I used this company to install title in my kitchen, dining, and bathrooms, and I was beyond impressed with not only the final product, but also their customer service and their competitive prices. I highly recommend this company for your flooring needs! I loved them so much that they are now working on installing wood flooring in the living room/stairs.
