They did show up outside the projected window of time however I didn’t think it should deter the rating since it didn’t cause me a hardship. Brandon was clearly experience, professional and completed the repair pretty quickly. Would use them again in the future.

Brad from Carter's My Plumber was great. He took the time to review all the different toilet options offered including the total price of each. Brad explained everything he was looking at during the toilet replacement and documented pictures. I had additional questions on other home repairs and Brad gave recommendations and services Carter's My Plumber provides. Would highly recommend Carter's My Plumber for quality service.

We had a weekend gas leak and were ecstatic to be scheduled so quickly. The customer service process was efficient and so friendly! Brandon explained each step of the process along with the costs. He expressed how important it was to him that we have a safe home. He was kind and very thorough with answering all our questions. We will definitely be using Carter’s My Plumber for future needs!

Update: I spoke with Carter's My Plumber about the work they did after I left my review and they were very upfront and honest. They agreed the work was not done to a high enough standard and are willing to correct it. I'll update my review pending their corrections, but so far I'm pleased they acknowledged their mistake and are willing to make it right.

100% satisfied with my service call today. I called at 8:30, was given a 10-12 window, my plumber, Sean, arrived a little before 10 and got right to work. By 11:30 the drain was clear, the toilet was reinstalled, and all traces of the messy situation were erased. I love that he gave me a best-case and a worst-case price. The easier (and cheaper) fix turned out to be the remedy. He even gave me some tips for helping the line stay clear. Exceptional experience

I am so glad I called them! Their work was excellent ! Now I feel relieved about any concern I have about my main sewer inner with all the roots they cleaned. The camera was excellent and I could see all the way to the street line. Both young men were intent on doing the best job possible.they were friendly and very professional. I can't say enough good things.

Late Monday afternoon we discovered our sewer line was backing up into our basement so we quit using all water. We called Carter Plumbing and their tech, Sean Mooney arrived the next afternoon. We were hoping to avoid, at the worst, the costly installation of a new sewer line, as we had seen in other 100 year-old plus nearby homes in our neighborhood. Sean arrived and immediately laid down walking cloths to the area of concern in our basement to avoid dirtying our home.
He was extremely professional, explaining every step he took. Much to our (pleasant) surprise, he quickly detected the problem
