I had this company come out to clean my ac and they told me I needed 3 lbs of Freon, but the guy didn't use the scale and only took 5 minutes to put it in. I was told by another service guy that if it was 3 lbs low it would not even cool. So I was charged $195.00 for Freon I didn't get! Then when they left my ac stopped running ! I called them to complain and they came back to check and said my thermostat was probably bad! There was nothing wrong before they serviced it! Stay away from this company!

Snelgrove sent a couple guys out to clean my AC air handler and while one guy was doing that the other guy went out back to put the gauges on my ac unit. I told him it’s running fine and just needs cleaning but then he said it was 3 lbs low on Freon so he gets the Freon tank from the truck and hooks it up and turns the tank upside down and didn’t use the scales! He had no idea how much he put in there! He charged me for three lbs though! Keep in mind now the unit was cooling properly before they showed up! Shortly after they left my ac started short cycling like crazy! It never did that before

The whole team at Snelgrove HVAC is amazing!!!!! They have fast, friendly and professional service. Doug came out to see what the problem was while i was at work and my AC was fixed the next day. They not only responded quickly but made sure that everything was working perfectly so that our house was comfortable. I would highly recommend them for any size job!!!!
