Jayson sent Francisco and his team to work on our engineered hardwood flooring for 5 straight days including Saturday and Sunday. Every morning, they would show up exactly at 8 and work tirelessly to get our entire house done in time.
I have worked with many contractors before, but I have never experienced as professional service as Vintage flooring. Would highly recommend.

Jayson and his crew did a fantastic job replacing ~600 sq ft of engineered hardwood flooring. They were able to provide an estimate the same they came out and managed to get the preferred material in time to start the job the following week. The team was communicate, efficient, and organized. Highly recommend!

They sent someone un-experienced out to do an estimate; and they seemed very confused and too new to be doing it alone. She was not able to answer questions. It's been a week now, and I never received an estimate! They have not followed up with me to find out if I got the estimate either IF they did send it. I do not recommend them. I tossed their information and I am researching other companies.

We had a bad experience with Nathan, Jayson, and the Vintage Flooring crew. They sanded and stained our home's floors in two stages at our request, which was appreciated, but the quality of the work was beyond disappointing. Some areas simply weren't sanded, the stain was applied so sloppily it got all over surrounding surfaces (even on floors not being redone (in basement)), floor registers were closed, then stained, effectively sealing the airflow shut, and there are circular drips/drops of the clear top coat everywhere. I don't review often, however I felt compelled to share what a wonderful and professional job Vintage Flooring Company did with the installation of new engineered hardwood flooring in my condo. Everyone in the company is professional, from start to finish. The job was completed AHEAD of schedule (how often does that happen?) with no detail overlooked or compromised - and very reasonably priced. My floors look amazing and I couldn't be happier with my experience! These guys are the best.

These guys did an AMAZING job. Just bought a condo in Chicago and was desperately trying to get the floors refinished before we move in. Requested info from a lot of places and they were one of the few that were just able to give me a fair honest quote from the floor plan and pictures I sent pulled from the listing. It was pretty much this is how big the place is this is what we charge we don't need to see it. Found Vintage on Yelp. Jayson is the owner and he was super responsive right away and actually came out same day to quote. He wrote pricing on site so no waiting for follow ups.
We planned for 4 days and despite having to change flooring because of the unlevelness (pretty sure that's not a word) of our basement floor, they finished on time.
They also did our base trim and did a great job there as well.
A little more product guidance could have been useful - he knows the product but left

Nathan and Vintage Flooring put 800 sq ft of laminate flooring in our basement before Christmas. Super easy experience from start to finish. We purchased all the materials and Vintage did the rest. Nathan was helpful in making sure we had all the right materials and was easy to communicate with throughout the project. Floors look incredible, people can't believe it's the same basement. Reasonable quote, easy to work with, and great quality work from three guys. Would highly recommend working with them if you're considering a flooring project.

He was communicative and helpful throughout the whole process which was invaluable as I ran into a lot of issues with the management company. Our experience putting in new flooring with Vintage was awesome. Nathan gave us a detailed quote on site that was within our budget and comprehensive. They were efficient, handled the shelter-in-place situation well, and were very responsive to all of our concerns and questions. The floors themselves were immaculate, even exceeding our high expectations based on their great reviews. They helped us match the existing floor stain perfectly and we're so happy we chose them. We'd like to redo our upstairs next and will definitely be reaching out to them when the time comes.

I can't say enough about how great our experience was with Vintage Flooring. We recently purchased a new home that needed the floors redone. Jayson was super responsive in getting us set up with a time to come give an estimate, and Nathan was great at walking us through the process.
