Worst company ever my dad worked for you since October and you haven't paid him. Yes I'm not your customer but my dad was a subcontractor for you. JACKIE OR TERRY never answer their phone because they now they will never pay. Now you are trying to intimidate us by saying the owner of the company is going to tell our status, I'm pretty sure that didn't mind when my dad was doing the job. Now they will try to say the job wasn't done right. But we NEVER had to go back into one of the houses my dad did repairs on.

They've had my money since November and repeatedly come up with excuses about why they can't do the job.
In the process of coming after them legally at this time, but even after this is completed I will definitely not recommend them.

Who is the owner of this company ? I need them to contact me , since October I made some jobs for this company and they haven't paid a single dime. Terry & Jackie know my work was done perfectly , no leaks or anything.

Terry will tell you how he has a gift for working on homes. He came into our home criticized the works of previous contractors only to be worse thing ever. It took over 18 months to complete a 6 week job. They always use the weather as an excuse despite other companies working. If there is a cloud or a 10% chance of rain....guess what? They won't come. I debated whether or not to write a review, considering the wife/office manger Jackie always writes these comments to make it seem like the customer is overreacting.....but today after a year of the work being completed, there is water intrusion

Our experience with Terry and Miss Jackie has been great. They came very quick to give us an estimate for our repairs. We needed a new roof, but weren't very knowledgeable, so trust was a very important factor. They're professionalism and around-the-clock access made us feel like we were in good hands. We had 2 unexpected emergencies come up, and Terry was there the same night to help. Throughout our repair process, Terry and Jackie always explained their work step-by-step. My experience was wonderful. They worked with me financially, they attended to all of my home needs no mater the time, and they finished the job in a timely manner. In addition, they continued to check on the property months later after the job was complete. I would not trust any of my home construction needs to any other company. They rockkkk!

RTC Roofing & Construction has some honest and professional people. I needed some work on my roof. They came over and inspected it and give me a free estimate on getting it replace. After I saw how well they worked with me on my roof, I give them some more work. I also referred them to two of my friends. They do good work and let you know when schedule date must change.
