ARS Building Supply was founded by Jim Wakeland and his family in 1972. Over the years, they worked hard to build relationships and meet customer needs, all the while resisting the "big box" and "national conglomerate" philosophies that were taking over building materials distribution. The problem with those business models is that they stuff all of their customers into the same box.
With the rapid increase in the use and specification of metal roofing, we find that questions abound.
