I am in the process of selling my house and of course had an inspection done. The inspector mentioned some damages on my roof and that I had to get it addressed before selling it. I called EDP Roofing because I needed someone to come out and in a hurry. I’m in the option period of my house and needed to get this done in 2 days. Sean dropped everything he was doing to come out and inspect my roof for me. He said didn’t find any concerns, but did find some recommendations if I wanted to proceed. EDP came out to provide me an estimate. They were more knowledgeable than most commercial roofers I have dealt with. It was my first time using them. I was excited to build a relationship with them. However, I never heard back from them. I emailed Tony with EDP to later find out he didn't want to work for me. He said he thought I was trying to "make all the money". We never spoke money because I never received an estimate. Its sad that he made a personal foregone conclusion about me without ever working for me. I had over 1 million dollars in business to just "give" to him. I wish he would had
