Jonah and the team at Prestige Landscaping fixed my driveway making it level and beautiful. They also trimmed bushes, trees and removed the over grown weeds from around my yard. Owner makes a good first impression, but not all that great a business experience overall, particularly with good communication. Emails sometimes go unanswered or long waiting for response, and doesn't return all phone calls. Too bad cuz the actual crew that comes out to cut is really good, but internal communication within the company is clearly lacking.

I had nothing but a great experience with Jonah. He replied to my request for a quote within an hour. Was on site to bid a 10+ tree installation within 48 hours. Afterwards, he provided multiple quotes to fit within a competitive market. We could've hired someone else to do the job for cheaper (not by much). However, with Jonah's responsiveness, knowledge, and transparency; it was a no-brainer. Post job: Great, efficient, and professional work was done on our property. We will absolutely be looking to hire him again for future landscaping projects - without a doubt.

I contacted Prestige Landscaping to do an estimate for a patio. When we scheduled it, they arrived on time, and brought everything required to make an appropriate estimate.
Durring this process I found them to be very honest, up front, helpful, and very professional at all times.
The team arrived when scheduled, and worked hard throughout the day. They kept me informed of the timetable, and immediately addressed any questions or concerns. I was particularly impressed with their flexibility when I wanted to make an adjustment to the plan, and offered suggestions as to how they could accomplish

Lawn care was decent but customer service was horrible. We said from the start we only wanted one month of service. Then after we received a bill for the second month we informed the company that we did not ask for it and to please cancel our service. Now in the third month they once again tried to provide service without our consent. Even though we called to stop services multiple times it was not until we called while the lawn crew was here asking them why they were still mowing did they stop. I would not recommend this company to friends or family.
