I initially had a 4-star rating experience of Cupertino Flooring. The selection and quality of products they have is far better than Floor & Decor. Pricing is better as well. In a time where many floor stores had backorders, I was able to get my flooring quickly. Luckily I worked with a contractor who did the installation so I merely ordered the amount of flooring (luxury vinyl) that I needed and my contractor installed. However, my rating changed when I had to go back and order an additional piece that I needed. The service I received was appalling. I simply asked if I could return the piece

I just purchased about 1000 sq ft of engineered wood from Cupertino Flooring. The store owner, Charles, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and provided personalized customer service. He also used to be a contractor so he was able to advise me on the specifications I needed and include the appropriate trims or borders for doorways and this other thing called stair noses. Charles even went to my house to do the measures which saved me about 300 sq ft from what I originally estimated. I was able to find a floors that were almost 50% less expensive than a similar floor from a different store

Charles, the owner, redefines what customer service means in an industry that is all about pushing to close the sale. He was super helpful in explaining how wood flooring works - style, size of planks, smooth vs rougher, and color palettes to consider. He helped listen to what I was looking for and helped guide and narrow down my options based upon what I was looking for. Other stores I had been to had basically zero customer service and only paid attention when a sale was imminent. I cannot say enough great things about Charles and this store!

Ordered about 1,300 sqft of hardwood floors with Rafik over the phone and everything went smoothly. The installers, Jean and his team, were top notch and able to complete the job in 3 days without any issues. There were initial delays but this was during Covid so understandable and Rafik and Jean did everything they could do get the flooring project done on-time. Def recommend and will use them for future hardwood projects!

We are so thankful to Charles and his staff for helping us out. They used to be contractor, building beautiful homes in Bay area. Their knowledge, and customer service are incredible. We decided to change the flooring in our house so we bought Vinyl flooring from Cupertino Flooring and also used their labor for the installation.
I had the pleasure to work with Charles through out the process. What a gentleman. The service, the quality, communication is superb. We never felt the pressure one way or another. He just played the Consultant role whenever we had a question. On the prices, I felt they were reasonable and he was clear from the beginning on where he could compromise vs not. The labor that did the installation were also outstanding - so professional, great communication

I am sooooo incredibly happy with CUPERTINO FLOORING! I have 30 stairs and it can get expensive but they stayed within my budget and came in thousands cheaper than Lumber Liquidators! They were very transparent with pricing and when my desired flooring was out of stock they suggested an even better choice than my original. They were the first respond to my yelp request, came to do a free measurement within two hours of the request and got the job done in two days. I mean, who can ask for better service?

Never using Cupertino Flooring Company!!! Totally horrible experience to work with RAFIK
We contracted with Cupertino Flooring to install a 650 Sq. Ft area by using Mirage Hardwood.
To be fair, the hardwood floor turned out well. BUT , The installation was a nightmare. this was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a contractor in my life!! I am writing this review to hopefully help other consumers to avoid doing business with Cupertino Flooring!!! The stress of this experience has nearly put me in the hospital.

We bought this amazing engineered wood floor (Lauzon Red Oak) from CUPERTINO FLOORING for the entire house and we are so happy with the results. It looks beautiful day and night. Easy to clean. Charles, the sales manager of the store was very cooperative and matched the lowest price we asked for. The delivery was punctual. He also took the time to show us many options and explained the differences between them.

This store has great selection of different brands, price range, colors of any hardwood floors for your design. Fantastic customer service. Charles is very knowledge about the products and Christine helps with all the paper work. The best part is that they matched my bids from other vendors, and give me additional promotion from the manufacture / Mirage that I picked. Charles and Cupertino flooring were fantastic from the beginning. Their price was reasonable and the quality of their craftsmanship was top notch. We had original floors throughout the house, about 800 sq feet and we are incredibly pleased with the end result. From initial sand of the floor, restoring the wood and refinishing it, even all the details look amazing. I would highly recommend Cupertino Flooring!

We recently purchased hardwood at Cupertino Flooring and we were very happy with our decision to go with this store. They have a great selection of different kinds of wood in various price ranges and we were able to find a brand that worked for our needs. We bought the Reward engineered wood and Charles gave us the best quote. When we needed the bullnose pieces that were out of stock, he went above and beyond to get it in time for us. We saw a grand opening sign for Cupertino Flooring so we went to see what they had to offer. We found a hardwood floor that we liked at a competitive price. They also offered installation. At the beginning we didn't want to hire them because we already had a contractor for our remodeling. They seemed very professional and knowledgeable, but what really impressed us was the honesty they gave. There were no surprise costs because everything was laid out from the beginning.
