Before beginning any cleaning service, we discuss the details of each item to be cleaned so you know exactly what to expect. Our professional cleaning solutions and sanitizers are customized to your specific fabric needs.
Our equipment is custom made, as we've learned from 32 years experience how much moisture is needed, combined with state of the art cleaning solutions, to NOT over-wet the carpet while maximizing efficiency. I start with a pre-treat which emulsifies and soliloquizes the foot and pet oils in the carpet that trap dirt, dust and food particles, loosens and lifts them to the surface which enhances the steam cleaning process.
Upholstery cleaning is performed using our custom made hot water extraction tool that is not used by most other cleaners. This enables us to extract the dirt, oil and dander from the actual fabric without getting the cushioning wet. Drying time is usually within the hour. Our upholstery cleaning process can be used on sofas, couches, chairs, seat cushions and more.
We can clean most rug fabrics and have specialized solutions that differ from the carpet cleaning solutions. Our oriental rug cleaning solutions are made to bring out the natural colors of the oriental rugs. The entire process insures the colors won't bleed, nor will the backing become damp, hence the rugs CAN be cleaned while on a hardwood floor.
Our mattress cleaning service is performed using a special hydro-kinetic upholstery tool that does not saturate the mattress, yet provides a deep clean, removing the skin cells, dust mites, and dirt from the fabric. Sanitizer is included in the solution to kill any bacteria on your mattress and helps stop most odor problems.

Galaxy cleaners were incredibly responsive. I was having a hard time finding someone to clean my couch and they called me back right away. Secondly Jeff was good about helping think through pricing and how to get my money’s worth. Man was extremely timely and pleasant. They are an awesome team, great customer service and will definitely use again in the future!!

Great experience from start to finish. Jeffrey was fast to respond and helpful in making the booking. Matt was thorough, professional, tidy and efficient in handling the cleaning. We had Jeff come in and clean 2 couches and an area rug. He was very accommodating to our schedules and even came early to the appointment which was great! He was very personable and did a fantastic job cleaning everything I wanted and even gave me some tips on cleaning in the future if anything happens. I would recommend him to anyone for any cleaning service he provides, he is excellent at doing his job and a very nice person!

Eff and Galaxy offer the best service I have ever received - thorough, professional, informative, FANTASTIC. This is a company that has an old-fashioned pride in its work. His prices are competitive and are an incredible deal when you consider how much BETTER their service is than many other cleaners. He also took the time to advise us on what was necessary and what really wasn't - all to save us money. (We were over a barrel, and he could have easily had us order all sorts of unnecessary work - but he is an honest man.)

I can't recommend them strongly enough. We have been using Galaxy's Best for years. We love them and have hired them for every carpet-cleaning job we've needed ever since we found them on Angie's List several years ago. We have hired them many times for carpet as well as upholstery cleaning.
