Had new roof installed by secure roofing. After we started having water damage on back wall, I investigated and found the problem to be that NO drip edge was installed. The rain water runs under the fascia, across the soffit and down the wall!!!! Who in their right mind installs a new roof WITHOUT DRIP EDGE! Have contacted Secure Roofing and also our insurance company (the roof was an insurance claim).
UPDATE: I sent an email to the responder (roofally), have called the company multiple times and left voicemails and still no response. Everytime it rains, potentially more damage is done. Code requires

Secured Roofing came out and replaced my old siding with new and the results were very good. The crew was here early everyday, they moved things near the house that were in the way and gently put them back - even going so far as to rehook up my water hose.
Bob walked my husband and I through every step. From picking out the color to finished job he was there and that was such a comfort not to have to re-explain what we wanted to a crew. He also took care of talking to the insurance company and getting all the paperwork together.
I'd highly recommend them.

This company sells you on the fact it's an insurance job, they find your deductible and make sure you don't have to pay a thing. That's awesome, right to the point the job is finished and you have a salesman screaming and cussing in your driveway. They make sure all the work is done as fast as possible by different groups of people. Then we find where they did not do complete work, they take every shortcut possible, no flashing around doorways or windows, so my "free insurance" job is now going to cost nearly $10,000 to repair. Go with a contractor, it might be more up

I LOVE Secured Roofing! Bill Anderson was absolutely indispensable during this entire process, from the inspection, to meeting with my insurance adjuster, to explaining the process, completion and the final walk-around. He was there every step of the way and kept me informed daily about the schedule. We had a lot of rain delays but the crew finally got good weather and my roof is perfect. It was a tear off, and they hauled every speck of debris away- they worked from 730am to 10pm and even came back the next day to insure they hadn't missed anything in the dark. Their attention to detail is amazing

Called Secured Roofing on a last minute roofing job on a rental that was long over due. Brian and Vince came out and did an estimate on Thursday or Friday. I got a decent estimate back. the guys ended up working with me on time and I had my roof installed by the following Thursday and it looks great!

Matt was extremely great to work with! We were in the process of buying a home that needed a new roof and Matt and his team coordinated excellent, allowing us to have a brand new roof as we moved in. Richard Garner supervised my roof and the result was amazing!! I was very happy with the quality of the work and appearance of the finished result. They were very meticulous in searching for and removing all nails to keep the yard safe for my kids. The crew even diligently protected all of our flowers to prevent any landscaping damage. Richard was also very helpful in explaining the entire insurance process and helping me every step of the way. I would recommend him to anyone looking for roofing repairs!!

Secured Roofing replaced the roof on my 83 year old father-in-law's house. Matt McFarland met with him and explained everything thoroughly. Avoid this company. Very shady and won't put anything in writing. Made lots of claims upfront but tried to get out of each as the job progressed. They use burner phones and just not professional.
2018 this is the 4th time the siding has fallen off!
The unprofessional reply from the company to his supervisor was that if he was getting paid for each trip to my home he would be leading for some competition.
