it’s really nice when a business does exactly what they said they’d do. Fast, efficient, cleaned up and priced very competitively. Going to be doing an addition soon and will ABSOLUTELY have these guys back….oh, and the gutter work was terrific too!

After several roofing companies estimates, I was overwhelmed and feeling sales pressure. Inspector Roof came in and took the pressure off. Straight forward and very competitive pricing with NO up selling or pressure to sign a contract.
Communication was easy and prompt. Install was scheduled based on what was best for ME!! Finished job is the best on the block.
Side note-My husband was worried about nails left in the yard And kiddos running barefoot He took a giant magnet out- and could not find a single nail. Beautiful clean up!

Definitely would not recommend Inspector Roof!. They charged $900+ over their original quote providing no explanation. It appears that the roof is fine, time will tell. The existing gutters weren't properly attached after completion of the roof but they denied responsibility. Inspector Roof did not clean up as promised, only removing the trailer full of debris from our driveway after several texts and calls to both Shawn and his partner, Matt. Please consider this review as fair warning should you consider hiring this company.
