We were using another plumber for years yet still having the same problem with heat not working every fall. Joe came and spent hours here looking for the source of the problem instead of just a bandaid and has completely fixed the root cause of our issue, which no one could find or would take the time to figure out for us. On top of that he has great response times, very professional and very personable. Highly recommend!!!!!

Very strange experience with Reliance. Recommended by a neighbor, called to fix a water heater not producing enough hot water. Joe promptly answered initial call, came out to look at the job. Nice enough guy. Indicated that it needed to be replaced and would get a quote in a couple of days. Never heard back. Left several messages and txt. I just don't understand why companies come out and then disappear. Be up front if you don't want the job, don't leave people hanging.

We have always had an Excellent experience with Joe and Reliance Plumbing and Heating! Joe is very professional, responsive and attentive to detail. He is not looking to create unnecessary work! He has come to analyze problems at our building and made cost effective recommendations to solve any problems we have had. Very nice person to deal with as well! Thanks Joe!
