Tommy & Son Plumbing Heating Air Conditioning Drain

Installed an outdoor faucet and fixed broken joint pipe.
Super expensive!!! $450++!!! Was not an emergency and it took less than an hour. The technicians spent about 25 - 30 minutes on their van whiling their time before finally doing their job.
I am old customer and I had the same job in the past but I was charged reasonably.

I called on a Saturday on a Holiday weekend with a leaking water heater. I received a prompt response from the owner Tommy within five minutes and he had a tech out shortly after that. The technician Rob assessed the situation and then gave me my options to correct the problem. I had to have the water heater replaced and I added an expansion tank to help with the water pressure. The job was done professionally and the area left clean. I highly recommend their services.

Thank you Tommy's Plumbing! I originally called Tommy because my outdoor hose spigot was leaking. When the technician arrived, he was professional and worked quickly and efficiently. He ended up replacing all of the outdoor hose spigots and they are now working perfectly. Just a few weeks later, I noticed water leaking down into one of the bedrooms. It was clearly coming from the air conditioning unit in the attic. I called Tommy's Plumbing immediately and he was able to send a technician right away. It happened over the weekend and I was so surprised and thankful at Tommy's quick response. The

Called because water coming down from the ceiling after a shower. After describing the problem to Tommy, he said I need to Rooter out the drain as the water is backing up and leaking around the drain pipe. He sent a technician who only applied a little caulk around the outside of the shower. They charged me over $250 for the visit saying it was an emergency, which was never made clear on the phone call so Tommy dropped the extra emergency fee and I still paid $200 for caulk. The problem was not fixed. He did not do what he said he would do (rooter out the drain). Caulk, I can do myself for pennies

I cannot say enough positive words about Tommy, Rob and Ray. My hot water heater decided to die over the holiday. I was struggling to find someone that would come out and do a replacement. Through a friend’s referral I reached out to Tommy’s plumbing. They were courteous, professional and empathetic to my situation. They did the leg work to check on my warranty, arrived within an hour of our initial phone conversation and had a new water heater installed and operational in just a couple hours. The work area was left completely clean and a stressful event that could’ve ruined holiday plans
