We used Worth to replace our roof, replace our gutters and do some general exterior repair work. We got multiple quotes, and they came in very competitively priced. Our sales person Kenny Hartzer was very professional, attentive and responsive throughout the process. He followed up often while we were considering offers, and he remained attentive and responsive throughout the installation process to the finish. Our site coordinator Kelly was the same: attentive and responsive through to the finish. They worked with us on minor things we noticed to make sure the work was done to our complete satisfaction

My experience with Worth Exteriors was excellent. I did get three estimates for replacement of my roof and they were all very close in price. I chose Worth because from the minute Chris came out to talk with me about what I needed done and my plan I wanted to do it he was honest with me and never tried to push me or pressure me into something that didn’t fit into my budget. His team worked over 12 hours and neatly got my roof finished. We now have a plan to continue with other areas of my house. I highly recommend this company!

I cannot recommend them highly enough. They were professional, responsive, reasonably priced and the work was done as promised with extra attention to make sure that it was done to our satisfaction. We did extensive replacement of exterior window trim and portions of siding in addition to repainting. They provided designer consultation as well. They could not have made it easier and we will use them again without hesitation.

I called Worth back after the Derecho happened in August of 2020 to get a quote to have my roof redone and to have some soffit damaged repaired. Kenney helped us through the process and they were able to provide me the best quote I could get. Spring came and finally work could be started, they collected the first payment for roof and soffit material. Roofers started work on a Friday, worked all day. Saturday comes around some workers show up at my house (I'm assuming to finish work) but instead they show up for about an hour to pick up some items they left behind. Sunday the same happens, they

My experience started off great. However, since the project was finished (November 2019), roof and siding totaling 26k, I’ve had issues with the final work/product. I’ve reached out multiple times and no communication from Worth unless I get very vocal. They have fixed a couple issues after getting very vocal, I now have siding falling off and bubbling. I was told Last week, I would hear from someone two days ago and still nothing. This seems like a pattern, once they are paid, then they are gone.

I would not recommend these guys for anything. The sales guy was very nice and I was convinced that this company did good work and that they had their own crews to do it. They used a subcontractor from 2 hours away and the guys wouldn't get to work until after 10am and then took an hour lunch at 11:30am, so nothing really started to get done until 12:30pm and then they'd quit around 4pm. If there was any rain in the forecast, they wouldn't even show up that day, rain or not. As a result, the 1-2 week project took over 4 weeks. I had a neighbor since have a similar project completed

I was initially impressed with Chris, he came to our house the next day and was very professional. Said he had to come back in a few days when it got a little warmer and I never heard from him again. I left many messages on his cell and at his office and no one ever got back to me. This is unacceptable to me and a very unprofessional way to run a business.

I have worked with contractors in the Real Estate world for the last 8 years, so I can tell the difference between the professionals and the pretenders.
