Their schedule kept "slipping". We ended up 4 weeks +/- later Than promised at contract signing. Very large dwnpmmt required and then they wanted payment the hour of job completion! Not very professional. However, the product was great and as promised and the the crew were VERY good. Once started they kept the site clean, safe, and as promised.

This disgusting experience began when the company outreach woman asked me on the phone, "Is your husband home?" What!!??!? I've never wanted a husband and certainly don't need one!!!!!!!
After choosing NOT to listen to their boring power point presentation (another obsolete move and an archaic sales tactic!!) and receiving the quote for the work from Zach Slocum, I attempted to call the company to negotiate the cost. I made MULTIPLE attempts to connect with a person who had the position power to actually negotiate the cost and FINALLY connected with Rich Anderson by phone.

Great experience with HSI from start to finish. They had the color choices that matched my home , & I got to pick gutters one color & downspouts a different one. The installers were very nice & professional, they cleaned up after the job so well, I didn't find anything in my yard. I also got a Rain Barrel & excited to collect rain water for my flowers!

This is the second home I've had Leaf Guard gutters installed bye HSI. Their work is excellent and they install a great product. The installation was done in a timely fashion, they were very conscientious, and did a great job of cleaning the area when finished.

Workers were efficuent and clean. Despite the fact it was blistering hot, they worked hard and finished in good time. We were pleased because the work was expected 4-6 weeks after contract and it was only 1 week.

The product is of very superior quality and the installers were extremely knowledgeable and very professional. They took the time too explain the job thoroughly and the quality of their work was as close to perfect as anyone could do. I was very pleased with the job from start to finish. I highly recommend them. It holds true you get what you pay for. This company is well worth the price.

Home Solutions was very professional. Timely quote which was honored 6 months later when I finally decided to commit. The scheduling people worked with me for several weeks waiting for my roofing contractor to install a new roof prior to the gutter installation. Installers were prompt, courteous and helpful when we needed to make a slight change in the design. Very happy with the company and the LeafGuard product.
