I received a phone call back from Thomas about 15 minutes after I requested an estimate. He was able to get someone to my house within 24 hours to clean the carpets. Eddie was the cleaning technician and he let me know 15 minutes prior to his arrival that he was on the way. Very friendly people, the carpet looks great and I will use them again!

Great company!!! Eddie ARS cleaning technician called 30 minutes prior to my appointment time telling me he was headed to my home showed up 10 minutes early and began to work. To my surprise he had everything he needed on the van including hot water. He did the job and the results were amazing!!! We went over every detail of how the clean would work with no high pressure sales pitch. Thank you ARS for giving such a wonderful service!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We are selling our house so hired this company for carpet cleaning. The service tech was nice HOWEVER, the carpet was not cleaned or even vacuumed! He told us not to walk on it for 3-4 hours so we didn't see it before he left. SEVEN hours later the carpet was soaked (I wore socks to walk through the room after 7 hours waiting for it to dry and my socks were soaking wet!)and NOT clean! I cleaned the carpet myself afterwards with rug cleaner and a scrub brush so you cannot say that the "stains wouldn't come out" My husband called to discuss this with the manager but his call
