I just wanted to recognize the great job your workers are doing to trim and mow the common areas of the neighborhood. It is looking really nice! You guys have been on top of the property this year. We've had no violation notices and the grounds looked clean and well kept when I drove by. Your hard work doesn't go unnoticed and it is much appreciated.
Lawn Aeration: Where a machine removes plugs (cores) of soil and thatch from a lawn. This reduces soil compaction and allows oxygen, water and nutrients to penetrate into the soil. In Ohio Fall is the ideal time to aerate your lawn. Grub Control: Grubs are beetle larva and according the the U.S. Department of Agriculture, they are one of the most damaging turf insect pests in the United States.

Last year was the first time I have used anyone, other than my husband and myself, to carry out our landscaping needs. We have several flower gardens with varied and unusual plants/flowers. My neighbor uses Cardinal for their lawn care so I decided to give them a try. I met with Sam and he was so informative and thorough when assessing my landscaping needs (and there were plenty!)

Cardinal did a fantastic job with our back patio. We had the work done in 2019, and I forgot to leave a review. We will be getting more work done. I will upload pics accordingly. They showed up, got the job done, and were very professional. Brad and the guys that did the job were exceptional.

They did a great job at a great price, they just didn't follow all the instructions. On the quote sheet it said they would leave the lumber, and they did not. Other than than Job was done well.
Also as much my fault as theirs, all other quotes included the stump grind, I did not verify, we did not talk about it, they did not do it as expected.
I called and talked to the owner they said they would be back to grind the stump and I agreed to pay them for the service, its not complete 3 weeks later. Also said they would drop off some replacement wood, understood this is a little more job specific

I asked for their help getting my lawn back to grass from being covered in weeds back in June or July of 2019. We were able to get 3 applications for the year.
Our first application killed 90percent of our weeds and made our grass start to grow.
When your lawn is full of weeds, after killing them off you get bald spots.
After the third application, 50percent of the bald spots are full of lucious grass and no new weeds to take over.
Our front lawn is still green and it's January; keep in mind it's also been a warm winter.
My lawn is full and absolutely everything I could expect at this point

We are very pleased with our paver porch and fire circle. Danielle and Dalton (excuse any miss spelling) worked so hard on our porches. They worked from the time they arrived to the time they left and were extremely professional. We are pleased with the outcome, the porches look absolutely like what we hoped for. One of those "I should have called them a long time ago" to remove a stump. Cheaper and less work than renting a stump grinder myself. Called them, simply sent a photo of the stump, they gave me a quote over email, then removed it on their own without anything needed from me.

We have two massive Silver Maples in our backyard, 80ft and 60ft, that needed cleaned up badly. Cardinal not only did the job well, they were on time, professional and their pricing is very competitive to other quotes I received. I will absolutely use them again if we need them.
