I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for your roofing needs. I talked to this company at least 6 times and can’t even get a quote on having our roof repaired. The girl in the office seems very nice but her husband who apparently does all the estimating is completely unreliable.
As a business owner myself I understand we’re in some strange times right now but being told at least 3 times that he’ll put our quote together and as of today I STILL haven’t received anything is ridiculous.
The original contact was at least 3 months ago. That’s some terrible customer service.

We had new roof and gutters done 4/20. Very professional and excellent workmanship! They replaced all the rotted wood under the old roof. Great prices! John gave us an estimate and answered all our questions. He even came out to tarp the roof before they were able to start!

We had a tree fall on our home during a recent wind storm causing significant damage. Nate from North Coast Roofing came out right away to look it over and give us an estimate and tarp the roof.
Nate walked us through a very difficult fight with our insurance company. Initially they were only going to pay for replacement of fifteen shingles. He helped us get a fair settlement. The damage was extensive, including roof decking and soil pipe replacement as well as a large portion of our roof. He was with us through the roof reinspections which resulted in replacing the roof on the back of the house

In 2011 North Coast Roofing replaced the roof on my home. They worked with my insurance company and addressed all of my concerns. Came out right away to tarp a section of my roof where it was leaking even… though they knew I was still getting estimates from other companies. Great group of guys.
