I used Burns & Parks Painting for a project earlier this year in Dallas. I selected them because of their assurances that they do top quality work with attention to detail and that they stand behind their work.This has not proven to be the case, however. While we were happy with the results initially, we have had problems with beam repairs they did as well as with bubbling paint. Things like this happen, I understand, and I fully expected that a quick, polite phone call would get my concerns addressed. Unfortunately, after two weeks of calling every few days and talking to a receptionist and leaving

Had Burns and Parks Painting out to my house recently.
James Brewer is the General Manager hes the one you want to talk to. He called me back very promptly. The estimating process was painless. He took a few measurements went out to his truck 20 min later. He provided great Representation of Burns and Parks. Also he explained ever process of the job to me in more detail than i would have ever thought. His guys arrived on time a few days later. They where the best painters i have ever seen and i have had my house painted many times in 30 Years. Burns and Parks y'all are !!!!!AWESOME!!!!!
