Our expert team will inspect natural gas and propane furnaces as well as electric heat pumps to ensure that they are functioning at the highest performance. In the event that your furnace is not working at the highest performance we will provide an estimate and proper recommendation of either fixing it or replacing it.

We were receiving an error code on our thermostat which was causing our HVAC system to turn off as soon as it started. Adrian came out and discovered that one of the HVAC components needed to be cleaned. He did not charge us for this service call. We have used A&A in the past and have recommended to others and there pricing has always been the best with excellent service. Definitely recommend!!

Another PHENOMENAL job by this awesome company. Super nice very professional and most of all super knowledgeable. My heating elements were shot and I had no hot water and they came right over and fixed it. Thank you so much to their awesome team for the prompt service, just took a really nice HOT bath after a looong day at work. 👍🏻

Wow!! What an amazing experience with A&A! Our HVAC died in August, I know just my luck, and Adrian came out on a Wednesday evening 15 minutes after we hung up the phone and had us back in business by noon the following day.
I just can't get over this father / son team and are happily committed to this business for the duration.
I cannot recommend them more! They are an extremely polite, honest, talented crew and we swear by them.

This may be a great company, but I set up two appointments with them and they failed to show for both. They missed the first one - no big deal - I called and the receptionist kindly set up an appointment for the following morning, but again, the company did not show. I was never called and when I called to inquire about the second missed appointment they tried to set up a third, which I refused.
I understand that people are busy, but a simple phone call and explanation would have solved this issue. Instead, I’m writing this review and will be looking for a more reliable company in Leesburg.

Adrian is honest, knowledgeable and friendly!!! He doesn't make you wait! Excellent company that is owned and run by a wonderful family. They changed our water heater inno time at a reasonable price and he changed parts for the AC while others were trying to get us to change the unit! A&A is awesome!!!

I have had A&A out multiple times over the past few years to fix various things that have broken on my aging Heating and AC system from 1992. This summer it ended up failing on me and A&A was able to come out that day and get it working again. They provided a quote that I compared against some others and A&A was the clear winner. They did a great job installing a system that's kept my house comfortable, even as the heat of summer arrives.
