Tempro is as professional as professional gets. After receiving news that our heat pump needed replacement by one of the "big companies", I began to call around to get quotes and opinions as typically recommended. Not only did Tempro come out for a same day analysis and quote, there was absolutely no pressure to "over sell" as I experienced with everyone else. Extremely honest and aggressive on pricing to replace the entire system after indicating that I did not need everything I had been told I did. We had a newborn coming that required quick installation, the experts at Tempro acquired all equipment

Tempro Heating and Air have been incredibly helpful in dealing with a manufacturer/parts delay during the sale of a house. They were fabulous! They handled all of the warranty paperwork, were incredibly responsive, upfront, and honest during the whole process. I'm excited to have found such a great company and will definitely be using them going forward.

Our a/c has been running a little on the warmer side. I called Tempro on Saturday afternoon and said they can come out on today-Monday which was fine for us since we still had a/c. Jayro arrived on time and checked our inside unit and outside unit where he found a very dirty coil. Jayro cleaned the coil, checked the pressures and freon levels and said our system is working just fine now-I could tell a difference in the indoor temperature almost immediately.
