Jerome does NOT pay his bills. He uses sub-contractors and does not pay them. HOMEOWNERS- stay away! Several subs contacted us after the completion of our project. We paid Jerome in full from a construction loan from Three Rivers (he took all the draws from the bank), and were left with outstanding balances. He lied, and told people "checks were in he mail". He does not answers emails and phone calls in a timely matter. ZERO STARS. Do your research- he is shady! mycase.in.gov - search by his name and company... WOW!!!!

I've had my contract with this company since 1/11/21.... the project was shut down by the county inspector today for not requesting any inspections..... the framing is nearly complete. He's got 90% of my money and I haven't seen him for almost 7 weeks. I certainly do not recommend Mid American Construction Management. I will return to update this and theprogress on my small pole barn. I will add that the quality and materials for framingpromised and paid for is not as stated on the contract. 3/31/21 update, the pending litigation that this guy has is also plenty of reasons why I will not recommend

Jerome and his crew AWESOME to work with. Always on Time, Always answers our messages with in minutes even after hours. They trully care that you are happy.
We have were able to have more done with our total budget using Mid American, vs other companies, where our entire Budget was just siding.
With Mid American, we were able to do new siding, window sills redone, new door, new gutters, and new steps.. Everyone else took all our budget just in siding alone, some wouldn't even tackle our minimum job requirements of siding,windows and gutters.

We were in sore need of a new roof for our very old house. We had been unhappy with the other estimates we had gotten. They were very high and they did not seem like very professional salesman. Their talking points were very gimmicky and one kept us sitting for three hours. Jerome came and gave us a very good deal and explained what he would be doing and quoted a very good price. He even climbed onto our roof to get a good look at it which no one else had and was able to see how bad the roof was. He was able to put us ahead of his schedule and get us in a little bit more quickly due to the damage
