Old Fort replaced our roof 3 weeks ago, and the house looks awesome now! Scott came out for the initial consultation. For those who wonder why they don't climb the roof to take measurements, it is because they use satellite imagery to take the measurements in order to make an estimate. They use top quality materials, and the job estimate included reroofing the storage shed out back, one thing that the competition would not include in the job. So now my shed matches the house ... excellent!! The job also included taking out the box vents and installing a ridge vent system, something I think looks

Installed a new roof on my home when nothing was wrong with it. Developed leak and they came out with a caulk gun for a quick fix. Lasted a bit of time and now it’s is once again leaking. Have made multiple calls and sent an email. No response. Wall and ceiling keeps getting worse. Also was told by another roofer who I had install vents on the home that vents on peak of house weren’t working due to shingles not getting cut back far enough. Frustrating to do preventive maintenance on a home only to induce issues.

So I called this company to get a quote to repair my roof. When you call a company like this you want someone professional and don't want to feel uncomfortable with the person giving you the quote. John shuster was the 1 who came to give me a quote. It started out with him calling saying he'd be late ok I can understand that I'm reasonable. He shows up invites himself in then gives me a used car salesmans speel. Never once did he actually look at the roof just used like a Google map eagle eye view of my roof and proceeded to be very creepy by asking me questions that seemed totally inappropriate

This place is Horrific. Run fast. Left my house in a terrible shape. Untrustworthy, dishonest,. Workmanship poor. Save your money. Go somewhere else. Now!!! We recently had our roof replaced by Old Fort Roofing. Their team did a remarkable job getting the job done fast and with top notch precision. I never in my wildest dreams thought it could be accomplished so quickly. I'm a pretty picky customer and I was very pleased! They even installed gutter guards for me. I would highly recommend them

We had a great experience with the scheduling and roofing portion of the job. Unfortunately we had some issues after work complete that is still outstanding. Our largest issue was that our gutter guards were taken off and never replaced (while quoting the job the owner never told us this would be the case). We still have a percentage of our bill that was held out for some of items being unfinished (visible under paper can be seen as well as some other aesthetics that are noticeable immediately when you drive up). We have had multiple calls and texts to owner with no response. We were very pleased

Scott and his team are great! He's very patient and informative. His team worked extremely hard and cleaned up during and after the job very well. They protected our plants and took special care to make sure we were comfortable with the job and their progress at each step along the way. Their cut lines are very straight which made me happy. Roofs are a big investment and they delivered an outstanding job. It looks great! The whole team was very knowledgeable and professional. I would use them again in a heartbeat!
