Extremely happy with this company. They came on time and even earlier
than expected to get the job done. Professional in every aspect. Replacing the furnace and removing the old one in the attic was a task which was completed in 1 1/2 days. The hook up took another day and everything was up and running great! Just in time before winter. I recommend Casey Heating and Air Conditioning if you want the job done right!

Eric came to do our initial walk through. He took us through the entire process explaining everything as he went and answering all of our questions and there were many.
We knew that it was going to be a couple of weeks before starting the project but they kept us informed the entire time of when they would be arriving and arrived as promised.
Dion managed the project and they were amazing. They showed up early, worked the entire day through some pretty hot days, and vacuumed everything so that you couldn't tell they were even in the home.
We love our new system and we highly recommend Casey

Casey professionals were responsive and helpful at every stage of my project to install a ducted heat pump HVAC system for my older home. They were willing to work with me to qualify for a state program with a fast-approaching deadline to apply for funding to defray my costs. The overall installation was good , communication got off to a rocky start. Had a free estimate for a new oil furnace and central air system installation . Was told to place half down as a deposit and they will begin pulling the permits and get me installed in 2 weeks . Called after two weeks and they asked me if I was calling the right place , which was upsetting to not even be known as a customer who has already given 5,000 to start the project. They then said it would be a one day job and that they will drop off all the equipment needed the next Monday , on Monday I called , as they no called

Casey HVAC is a very responsive and responsible company. The workers showed up on time and did a wonderful job of installing a 3 zone ductless mini split air conditioning and heat system.. They were all very cordial and helpful. All my questions were answered before and after the installation by Marc, their engineer. I would definitely recommend this company 5 stars all the way!

Eric took time to explain things thoroughly and courteously. I had chosen to install Mitsubishi ductless system based on hearing very good things about the system. Marc made two additional visits to my home (at our convenience) to discuss options and finalize measurements. He resolved any further questions that I had with thorough emails.

For a company to come to someone's house to give them a quote for anything said company should be professional enough to have a wireless hotspot for their phone or tablets, Bob came to our house requested our wifi password to log on and put together a quote. The quote was for a mini split he quotes us over $6,000 for 9k btu mini split then demanded my husband sign, my husband asked what is my signature for? I will not be calling this place again! I had an apt from 12-2 around 240 I called the company and they said they would call me back and give me a time when my technician would be here. An hour later still no call so I called back and they still had no idea when someone would be here so I canceled and rescheduled my apt for the next day for a quote on why my heat isn't working. They don't inform you that its $159 for someone to just come to your house even if they can't figure out what is exactly wrong. What a waste of time and money.

Casey HVAC recently upgraded our central air conditioning system and we couldn't be happier. First thing I always judge a service company on is their punctuality and they checked that box. All of the days during our quote appointment and two day installation they were 10 minutes early which is unheard of with many contractors. The quote appointment was great and we were provided a detailed overview and immediate quote. The actual installation was great. The entire crew were extremely professional, hard working, and highly efficient. In addition, the front office took care of all of the warranty

My boiler broke down and Casey Heating and Air Conditioning came down the next day. My boiler was fixed and the parts were still under warranty but he still charged me for the parts. When I wanted to be reimbursed for those parts, I called him twice but he was always unavailable When he never returned my calls, I filed a complaint with the Attorney General's office. I just received a message from Casey Heating that I will be getting the back the money I paid for the parts. WATCH OUT CONSUMERS

Installed a cooling system in our house and they were great. Marc communicated with us everyday regarding what to expect as the project progressed. The team showed up on time. Avoid these guys. They will schedule an appointment and then not show up. Apparently they don't have phone service in their office building because they don't have the courtesy to call you to tell you they are going to be an hour late. And to boot, no apology just tough luck. There are plenty of HVAC companies out there. Avoid this company at all costs they can't get out of their own way.
