I actually thought that laying new water lines would be a messier process, but our lawn looks a lot better than I thought it would, as they went back after they were done to level out the dirt and clean it up a bit. Would recommend them to anyone in the area needing work done. This was the third time I called Kevin of K&K Plumbing for various issues.
For me, he has snaked a sewer pipe, installed a new kitchen faucet, fixed a toilet, and fixed a leak in the wall. He comes out quickly, does good work and is easy to work with. I got his name from a real estate agent who uses him all the time. Prices are reasonable too. Good service, reasonable prices.

The first guys that came out found the leak and they were great! The leak was in the main supply line from the street. I contracted with them for the repair which was completed in a few days. The mess they left in the yard, however was heartbreaking. When I tried to take to the owner of the company about it, he got snippy with me and said that it would be better after it rained. It wasn't. As far as the repair, they rate a 5. For customer service and satisfaction, they only rate a ONE.

I called around for a number of plumbers during the February Texas storm due to burst water pipes. Well many groups were busy including k&k plumbing they were able to get out here as quickly as they could and their team did a wonderful job fixing the repair and getting water as quickly as possible and the price was very very reasonable. Will definitely use them again and definitely recommend them.

Critical: Responsiveness
Had them out to get a quote for a larger water heater since ours was to small and not working. They charged us and said they would get back to us with an estimate. It’s been almost 2 months and multiple unreturned calls later and still no estimate! Don’t waste your money!!!!!

Fast, friendly, professional, & affordable. I had water bubbling up through the foundation in the laundry room. We shut off the water and called around. About 3:00 I left a message and received a call back in an hour or so. They set an appointment for the first thing the next morning. David and his assistant got right to work, found the leak and had it fixed in a couple of hours. The best part is they didn't have to ruin my flooring. They cut a few holes in the sheetrock and fixed it without cutting into the foundation.
