We were very pleased with the response from Pardue Plumbing. We used them through our home warranty service. On Friday evening my husband came home and noticed water running in our front yard. We initiated a work order through our home warranty service but were having trouble finding the shut off valve. They answered the phone late Friday evening and over the phone helped us to shut the water off and had a technician there Saturday morning to assess it and he had it fixed by 12:00 pm that day. They were very pleasant to work with and we would highly recommend them to anyone.

I bought an older home this summer and knew I was going to need to have some work done. I did my research and contacted Pardue Plumbing. Brandy was very polite and accommodating with my schedule. Tommy came out and checked everything, explained the issues to me and told me what all was need to fix the issue. Long story short, the repairs have been completed and all is well. Very nice and knowledgeable folks to deal with!

Pardue Plumbling is by far the best plumbing contractor I have ever worked with. From their technicians, to the office staff, to the owners - it is a class act. Our technician did a great job on two repairs in our house. We had both a fresh water leak and a sewage leak. The repairs were done quickly and professionally and at a very reasonable price. They explained everything thoroughly throughout the process. Will definitely be our go to plumber for any future issues.
