My love for construction started as a boy doing home additions and building a family cabin from the ground up with my dad. I knew then that building was my passion. I graduated high school with a full-ride scholarship to Arizona State University in Construction Management. I graduated cum laude from ASU in May of 2000 with a bachelor's degree in Construction Management.
From start to finish, every project has direct involvement of our commercial construction management team. We will work closely with you, using cost-effective materials and the latest technologies. We often refer to our approach to building custom homes as "Building the Riteway", or the "Riteway Difference". Riteway builders did an excellent job building a pole barn/shop for us. The 40’x50’ pole barn/shop was built in a location that required well water line and well electrical line to be relocated. Riteway builders did this without any issues. I especially appreciated the scheduling of work to be done which was spot on. I would highly recommend Riteway to build this type of structure or a house as well. My experience has been they are a from start to finish company with quality unsurpassed.

We had Riteway Builders do an addition onto our home, we told them what we were thinking and they were able to create a home that we never would have thought we wanted! They were very easy to work with through the entire process and had an app that we knew when and what was getting done! Communication was excellent and they made sure the subcontractors did their jobs correctly. They stopped by weekly and sometimes daily to check on the progress. We couldn’t be more happy with the end result!

Riteway builders recently completed a new home for us in Emmett Idaho. We’re extremely happy with the quality of the work and with the management of the construction process. Riteway builders uses a project management tool call Builder Trend. They are really good about posting photographs during the construction phase if you can’t be on site. Also Riteway uses Builder Trend to track change orders. You always know exactly where you are with relationship to the total project cost. We found Riteway to be very accurate on the forecast of the completion schedule.

For the potential future client of Riteway Builders If you are looking for a builder who exceeds in all facets of a home build--Riteway Builders is for you! They started our home in March, on time. We moved in in October, on time. From a customer service perspective, they could not have done anything better. They are professional, respectful and friendly. They said their goal was for us to still be friends at the end of the build. We are. After 32 years of marriage and 17 moves, we were so excited to finally build the home we wanted. The whole process with Riteway Builders was amazing! Darin and his team were accessible and answered all our questions in a timely manner and addressed issues quickly. My wife and I had met, or spoken with, multiple builders prior to reaching out to Riteway. This being our first custom home build, we weren’t fully comfortable with everything yet, and decided to setup a meeting with Darin and Chad, to ensure we were working with the right team. Within 30 minutes of going over everything we were wanting to do with them, we knew we would be choosing Riteway for our project.

Absolutely impressed with the personal service we received, from the very 1st phone call to receiving the keys to our new home! Darin’s communication skills, pure honesty and setting realistic expectations with us, made our experience a wonderful and seamless one. They were so organized and on top of things. Budget was extremely important to us, Darin was very aware of every dollar spent. We finished under budget and was able to finish things we didn’t expect to. Excellent communication skills, excellent construction management skills, excellent quality! Darin has been impressively responsive in communicating to us. Whether it be by phone, email, or text message, he is always ready with a quick response. Even if it is just a quick response to let us know we have been heard. I built houses myself in the 1990's and most of our custom homes took 6 months to build. We were delighted to find that Darin would be completing our house in a little over 4 months, even with the challenges of an Idaho winter. Our budget was flexible, and Darin was willing
