Prefinished hardwood flooring is end and edge matched with a small micro-beveled edge and has up to 8 coats of finish including several coats which contain aluminum oxide; the aluminum oxide in the finish is what gives the factory finish its hardness. Prefinished flooring typically has a 25 year finish warranty.

Nathalie the owner, started off nice and was accommodating while I explored samples for a small space that would require a small purchase.
Once I decided on a product and called her ready to order I sensed an attitude and she was being short with me. When I told her what product, she immediately explained it was NOT readily available and would be several months before this product would be available, this response was immediate and certainly felt as though she jumped to conclusions without checking availability. At this point, I professionally and simply reminded her when we first began this process

I wanted to buy local so I purchased flooring from this company and also took their recommendation on installer. I instructed the salesman in an email message to not order an additional box of flooring if the total sq. footage I was instructed to order was within a few boards of the total sq ft. He disregarded my instructions and ordered an additional box anyway. The installer ended up using 2 boards from the 2 boxes additional plank he told me to order, but I also ended up with one more additional box the salesman ordered. Not so Fantastic. I purchased flooring from this store and sent specific instructions in writing to the sales representative not to order an additional box of flooring if the required 10% above the measured surface was within a few boards. The sales representative went ahead and ordered an additional box anyway. The box was unused and only 2 pieces were used in the other two boxes I was required to order by the installer, who was highly recommended by the store. This resulted in over $300 worth of unused flooring which cannot be returned.

This business is FANTASTIC!!!! I have never ever received better customer service when ordering anything online ever!!! Nathalie, was a joy to work with, professional, kind, and most of all competent!!!. I ordered wood floors from Fantastic Floor, and received the product a week after purchase, at a price that beat all competitors, and Nathalie made it happen because she is great at what she does and because she cares that her customers are taken care of. I would give this incompetent company zero stars if I could. Natalie was helpful at first. I order 970 sf of exotic hardwood flooring, for the most part, the process to order and receive the hardwood was pretty smooth, however, Natalie did a complete about face when I complained to her after I received my order. we had several boxes that were serious damaged, there were fork-lift marks, gashes that were 2 foot long on many boxes, the hardwood inside those boxes were basically useless, There were other boxes that had no protective paper between each layer of hardwood, they must have the thrown

We purchased flooring from The Fantastic Floor and at first, the experience was good. They were helpful in selecting the floor and shipped us samples to help out. The products themselves that they carry are good quality.
The problems started once we had paid for the order. We had set it up to be delivered to our house, unloaded onto the trucks lift gate and placed in front of our house. We knew they weren't going to bring them inside, which was a bit frustrating, but we understood.

I ordered hand hewn cumaru which arrived on schedule, yet did not present as advertised due to extensive parasite damage. I contacted Nathalie who IMMEDIATELY took to task to communicate with the supplier to rectify the situation. She kept me abreast of the progress, --always in the communication loop. She was able to get a new shipment of the wood, beautiful, and as advertised at no additional cost--greatly appreciated the customer advocacy on behalf of this company!

After getting exorbitant quotes from local stores, I heard about Fantastic Floor from someone on a local Facebook group. I am so glad I did!! Rhiannon from Fantastic Floor was very straightforward, patient and super helpful. 5 stars for the product, pricing, customer service and delivery. The LVP product was shipped from the manufacturer to manufacturer's warehouse close to me. It was then delivered to me through a logistics company. Payment to delivery time was 5 days (weekend in between). Driver was kind enough to bring both pallets into the garage so we let it sit there and brought boxes

Found The Fantastic Floor online while trying to find the same hardwood floors that I installed in a house 8 years ago. Only one vendor locally in Denver for the manufacturer and they wanted 33% more to get me an order of this particular hardwood flooring. Called The Fantastic Floor and had a better quote and samples within 2 days. I was a little worried about the whole out of state order thing but it was no problem at all. Natalie won me over and seemed great and responsive to get my order. I had a lower price closer to home for the same item but the salesman kept adding to the original price (increased delivery fees and then credit card fees, etc) so we found Fantastic Floors as an alternative for the same flooring though a little more expensive. When asked about the wood finish, was incorrectly told it was oil based and not poly coated and that it was from Indonesia and not China. (FF could have been given wrong info as no purpose to lie about this.)
