We use a two-component commercial High-Durability floor finish that is well known for scratch resistance, scuff resistance, UV resistance and chemical resistance all with a very fast cure time and very low VOC! The majority of our customers cannot smell finish while we are applying. The floor finish is Bona HD Traffic.

Charles Day w/Day Flooring is a highly trained hardwood floor specialist. Charles refinished our 20 year old white oak floors and staircase. He did a spectacular job. He uses vacuum equipment which is truly a 'dustless' system. Best of all, Charles takes the time necessary to explain options and provide samples. He is timely, goes beyond the scope of work promised, and guarantees satisfaction w/the quality of the job. I highly recommend Day Flooring.

Charles went above and beyond repairing and refinishing our entire house of wood floors. The floors were in terrible shape after many years of tenants. But they turned out beautifully!! He did not have the same type of oak and locating it was impossible. Charles was able to use a different oak and was able to stain it to blend right in. He was timely, tidy and detail oriented.

Day Flooring, Charles Day the owner, is a master craftsman at refinishing floors. He refinished our African Mahogany floors that were stained a dark red. He sanded and re-stained them with a birch and light gray stain which lightened and softened the finish into the most beautiful floors I have ever seen. They are now the show piece of our contemporary room. You would never believe they are the same floors. There is a reason he is booked out. The wait was more than worth it. Mr. Day's experience, knowledge and fine craftsmanship are nothing short of amazing.

We had a big job (1200 sq ft) that needed to be done efficiently and with a fast approaching deadline. Charles was knowledgeable, communicative and honest about the project and the materials that fit what I was looking for. He helped us select the floor covering (LVP) and we decided to update the baseboards as well. He got the job done within a week!! The floors are BEAUTIFUL and we are confident that we will be happy with them for a long time. Highly recommend Day Flooring!!!
