I am personally not a customer of Tech One. I do however work with HVAC companies all over the U.S.. Couple things I can confidently say about Tech One; when it comes to customer service, these folks are one of the BEST. They consistently put the customer first. Secondly, when it comes to quality of product/service, they are also top notch. Great company to use for your HVAC needs!
