Michael came out to the property and told us the compressor was shot and we needed to replace the AC. He looked all through the house, gave us a ballpark estimate, and said he'd send an official quote via email. That was 10 days ago. We've called the main line several times, spoke with several receptionists (Michael is always out onsite - never taken our call) asking for our quote. They've never been able to send it. We've provided multiple email addresses - nothing. I can't say I've ever been ghosted by a company I'm looking to pay $5k to for a new AC. Entire

I called them for an estimate for a new heating & cooling system. They sent a couple of technicians to look over the job. They were both polite & seemed professional but I never did receive an estimate. I wouldn't mind except that they charged me $89 for the estimate. I suspect the job was more than they could handle. Since then I've received free quotes from other company's.

We purchased our home in January. The furnace was only 2 years old. We called Illiana Heating since they are the ones who put it in and it was still in warranty. They would not grant the the manufacters warranty since the previous owner no longer lived there. We called another heating co and they were more than happy to grant the manufacturers warranty. I still don't understand why you do the work and give out a warranty and then refuse to grant it when something goes wrong.

I recently posted something on Nextdoor looking for recommendations on the installation of a humidifier. We called a few places and decided to go with Illiana, mostly because the prices were all about the same and there was a $50.00 coupon in a flyer. So yesterday afternoon, mind you not even 24 hours later and there is a new coupon in this morning's Times for $100.00. So my husband called to complain about that. But the manager said SORRY can't give credit on work already done. I think that is bad business and for that I would never recommend them to anyone.

I wanted to be proactive because my furnace and air conditioner was about 20 years old.
I went with a new 95% efficient furnace and a compressor for my air conditioning. The installers came out and put it in in one day, everything looks great , we had a little problem with an off-color diffuser but I spoke with Dan and he worked to find the right one. once he found it he sent his guy out take care of it right away everything looks good and works good I definitely would use Illiana heating and air conditioning again.

I can't think of any reason why to give less than 5 stars. Rick, Kevin and Mike installed a new furnace, a/c, and water heater today.....it was a big job that took all day, but that didn't keep my husband and I home on a beautiful summer day......we felt confident leaving our home (and cat) in their hands. Thank you Illiana for being so professional, your customer service is amazing, and this is one satisfied customer. I will highly recommend you again.

Mary V was very helpful & responsive. She asked when available and my response was tomorrow. Didn't freak out just asked what time! Called and sent email advising when tech was on his way. Tech Kevin was very thorough and informative. Realized previous furnace cleanings from other companies weren't half as thorough. I am looking forward to having Kevin go thru my air con when time.

We heard a loud noise coming from the furnace two mornings ago and the house smelled like a burnt motor, so we turned the heat off (It was 16 below zero outside). After calling a technician responded promptly within 3 hours. We thought the blower motor went bad...well it did...and there were cracks in the heat exchanger and condenser. Oh no!
