On 11-22-21 Nipsco Home Solutions sent out Total Green Energy Solutions to repair my water heater issue. The technician told me that Nipsco will not fix water heaters that are older than 10 years old and that he would have to take enter my repair request as non repairable since it was past 10 years old. I told him financially I couldn’t afford it. He told me that Total Green Energy Solutions can finance the purchase of a new water heater and install it. I asked him how much does a water heater cost and he told me about $1,500. I told him I couldn’t do it at this time. He told me he would put

This company is amazing!!! Our AC went out and we were expecting company. It was supposed to be in the 80's and 90's during their stay.
Before contacting Gray's, we had called 3 other companies with no call back. We called Gray's at 4pm and they were here at 7:45am the next morning. Jakob and Lynn(the owner) went above and beyond to make sure that we had our AC back up and running before our company got here! We couldn't be happier! Robin in the office is also so kind and professional! Thank you so much Gray's for your outstanding customer service!
