We closed and moved into a new home in August of 2018. KNZ installed both the heating and cooling systems.
On September 19th 2020, in preparation for the winter, we had a company come out to perform a furnace clean/check. During this maintenance, it was noted that inside the unit 2 areas of rust had formed and clearly had been there and forming most likely since the unit was installed. One of them appears to the naked eye to be a drip-leak from a pipe inside dripping on the base and forming the rusty spot. Opened the unit today and the rust spot is wet and getting worse.

Seems that Mr Miller feels he's entitled, has no common sense and feels treating black people poorly is a good business practice. I think decency and treating people with respect is important to any business. If Mr Miller doesn't respect other I expect that that is the way he will treat me if problems develop. All thing being equal I'd recommend using a differentcontractor.

A neighbor recommended I call them, and I'm glad she did.
I called the office and the lady was very patient and knowledgeable..she asked questions about my problem and gave me ideas on what to check..it turned out my thermostat was messed up..The man came, checked it out and replaced it..then he also checked out my furnace and air..he was so nice.. being a lady in her 70's..the service guy made me feel very comfortable..I would definitely recommend KNZ.

Excellent customer service! They were called by my landlord to fix a furnace issue. The lady in the office who set up the repair appointment was so kind and helpful. The guy who came for the appointment was on time and very professional. He was mindful of COVID and protecting us as well as himself which I appreciated. He did a thorough job and made sure everything was working before leaving. He also explained to me everything that he did. I highly recommend.

Had a problem with our furnace that was new in 2015, when the house was built..water was dripping out of the furnace..the furnace was not installed by KNZ, but we did not want the original installer..we called KNZ and the lady in the office said all the guys were out, but she would have someone stop at our home later that afternoon..We got a call from the repairman, and he said he was finishing on a service and would be over in about 30 minutes...About half hour later the serviceman showed up..he took our furnace apart and it seems it had been leaking for a while, as the parts were rusting..long

KNZ saved us! Our heat was not working at the office with temperatures at record lows, I called KNZ and they cld back asap to let me know they'd be out in an hour. They made it here in 45minutes. Our guy was personable, fast and got us going within the hour. My coat is now off inside and we can see patients again. Thanks KNZ!

6/18/2019 One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a heating and cooling contractor...The lady representing the company (which claimed to be an owner) was condescending and made it clear to me that whatever was wrong with my air conditioner had to be MY FAULT (even though they did not come out to see what the problem was yet)!!! I am a disabled 63 years old who bought a new construction home located in Dyer/St. John area. In a snippy tone, she said there will be a service charge even though I am under warranty for my newly constructed home. This is a nasty way to conduct business...and

KNZ installed my furnace I thought they were OK but then called for service and waited several days for an appointment. Turns out they no longer want to work on my equipment. They called and left a voice mail the day before they were to come out after waiting a week for them to come out. Bad part is they have the warranty on my unit and i am not sure how to have it fixed under warranty. So now i have a sick furnace under warranty and no way to have it repaired other than paying full price.

We moved into a newly built house approx 3500 square feet, three floors, three zones, and rooms over garage which is attached. I have never dealt with any one in customer relations to this extent, I have no idea how they are still getting contracts to install systems. We moved into a newly built never lived in three level home and we were pretty much the first family to move in 2016. Family built it, never lived in it. Basically, what it comes down to, we were and still having cooling/heating issues to create air flow towards the back of the house above the garage, where our two children sleep

This company is a total rip off. Do not use this company. We had a problem with our furnace and they came out and fixed it. Fours days later on a weekend the problem started again. When we called the company the owner said it was the weekend and would come out Monday but did not think it was covered under the warranty. When they finally came out they said it was a different problem even though the furnace was doing the same exact thing . They charged us another service fee and new parts. They were very rude and told us pay the additional cost of the would not fix our furnace. We would rather
